From my phone call to request an appointment for an estimate until the technician had the estimate ready, I had a pleasant experience. Roy went above and beyond to get our trapped cars out of the garage and get the broken door in a safe, closed position. He assessed the situation and made calls to verify availability. Purchased a new garage door and opener. Great service from the initial call and estimate from Roy to the installation from Mike. Both were amazing and very helpful. The new door and opener installed looks great. I highly recommend Precision. They have been very responsive and both Roy and Mike are true professionals.

From the very beginning, working with Precision was a smooth and completely transparent process. I didn't ever feel like I was being upsold on anything. My salesman listened when I told him cost was my number one priority, and he was able to get me quality doors at an affordable price. Installation also went well. Matty was able to get the job done in about half a day, despite dealing with removing an old and outdated system. He left the job site clean and was sure I understood maintenance and care of the doors before he left. All around, this was a very positive experience.

My first dealing with Chrissy setting up the appointment was smooth and she was very accommodating. She gave me several appointment times available over the next 2 or 3 days. The service tech Alec contacted me 20 minutes before arrival and he was 40 minutes into the 2 hour appointment window Chrissy gave me. Alec was personable and efficient. He had everything set up for the install in a few minutes and went right to work. He was finished in about 90 minutes and then completely explained the many functions available to me. Pointing out the new safety features my old door did not have. Overall the entire process could not have been handled any better. Thank you

First, 1 week ago Monday.9th. I was scheduled to have my door installed. The installer called me and told me he was on his way to install my garage door, I told him the site was not prepared to change from8 to 10’ . I was told by the person who answered the phone that there was nothing on the schedule to notify the contractor to do the prep work.she then rescheduled the job for today, the contractor for the framing for the larger door arrived on schedule and did as was required. After a lengthy period,I called the office and was told that the technician was scheduled and she would call him and provide my no. And have him call me.at approx 4pm the tech. Called me and told me that he was about 10 min.out, when he arrives he explained to me that another.tech.was in the hospital and that it had disrupted the schedule and he apologized to me for the firm..I feel that a member of the office staff should have called me and apraised me of the delay meanwhile I was unable to do any thing because my garage would be unsecure and access to the contents would be available and I have several thousand dollars of equipment stored in there. The.tech provided a very professional product to me.and I am very satisfied, however I feel due to the inconvenience to me I should be refunded a part of the money that I paid.thiswould show me that your firm cares and would make me feel more flavorful toward your firm.when asked for my opinion by a potential potential customer.
