Excellent experience. Travis was on time, had a great, customer-centric attitude and did an amazing installation job. I couldn’t be happier with my new door. He mentioned that his parents named him Travis after Travis Tritt, and his middle name Ryan after Nolan Ryan (my first name is Nolan, which is why it came up). I can honestly say, I’m now such a big fan of his, if I ever have another kid, I’m going to name him Travis. This was my first experience with Precision Garage Door Services, and while I’d love to hope I won’t need them again, I know if I do, I won’t hesitate to make the call. From beginning to end (I can’t remember the name of the salesman who sold us the door but he was great too), I have zero complaints. Thank you!

I had Matt install a new door and remove an old wooden door. It looked to be quite a tough job. He explained everything and made it work on an old door opener. He showed me how it worked. When I get my new door opener I will use precision.

Precision was great! Removal of the old door and installation of the new was fast - only 4 hours. The installer had to work in single digit degree weather and did an awesome job. Highly recommend.

Mike showed up and replaced the garage door in about 4 hours. My install window was 12-4 and he showed up a little after noon. He was friendly and professional, cleaned up after himself, and did a great job with the installation on a cold winter day. My experience with the admin desk and the guy who walked me through my quote was good, as well. Everyone was really professional and nice, no long waits on hold or waiting for call backs. They show you what the door will look like on your garage, and they explain everything thoroughly. Easy peasy. Wish all my home improvement experiences were this smooth! Would definitely recommend!

On first visit Eric fixed door so I could open and close safely until installation. Today Travis and associate told me what was going to happen. Very OLD garage, but they did a great job and left everything clean. Said if I have a problem, to call. Very satisfied. Thank you for helping me.

Installer did a great job. Was clean and done quickly. They gave us suggestions to fix issues we had with our garage door opener and safety eyes. Couldn't fix the door opener as it is not under their job responsibility but did give us suggestions which was great. Safety eyes he installed new with the garage door but also gave tips for future.

I am very pleased with the new garage door. It looks very nice and the installation was done very well. The workers were very friendly and did everything we asked of them. The door is working very well and it appears like it will work that way for a long time. The only minor issue was the amount of time it took to receive the door. COVID had delayed it, so it took 3 months to have the door arrive and be installed.

Patrick M re-bolted my door which was coming apart while we discussed the best doors for my detached garage. I can't tell you how impressed I was with Mike O who installed my doors. Having used Precision Door Service at our previous house we did not hesitate to call your company when our garage door would not open at this house. I called at 7:00am and after giving some information to the rep. that answered the phone I was pleasantly surprised when she said that someone would be out that day between 8:00am & noon. I was equally surprised when Daniel called and said he would be arriving at around 8:20am. When Daniel arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem; gave us 3 possible options & a recommendation. Choosing option #2 he quickly went to work and installed a new rail, opener, interior and exterior pads and 2 new safety beams. From start to finish approximately an hour. Daniel was very informative, professional and neat. I will not hesitate to recommend your company and Daniel. Job well done.

I had a new garage door installed. I Pricked Presision because a few months preiously my old door lost a wheel, and withmuch crashing, the door was inoperable. This was on a late Saturday afternoon. Precision came and fixed that proble - when it became obvious I needed to replace the door, I called Precision. The installers for the new door called ahead, worked steadily, answered all mt concerns, and were polite and agreeable while doing the job. Very pleased with the outcome and the new door.
