We're sorry you were unhappy with the service. We made recommendations on the first visit to replace damaged components that were causing the noise you were complaining about. The fix is replacing the broken part that was making the noise. You declined this now the door is still making noises.

I chose Percision from a recent commercial I saw on TV. I called today to make an appointment at 9:30Am. I set the appointment from 10AM to 2pm. Bob was at my house by 11AM. I was advised what the problem was and Bob explained why I was having the problem. He went through all of my options by piece and offered a rebuild. The rebuild made the most sense because it inncluded everything I need plus came with a warranty. Rob completed the job was very professional, freindly and polite.

We had a power outage and I was not able to reset the door. Mario, who had previously serviced our doors, came reset the door, Mario, as I directed him to, checked our present doors - over 30 years in service - and then gave us a number of alternative choice on replacing the doors et alia. We selected our choice and will have new doors et alia within a month. Five star service!

The information was on the existing overhead door you were the source. I called for service in July and in replacing the opener to newer version with digital keypad I also asked for a new door gasket to keep snow out. This last did not get completed. I had the lowest service package done on my garage door yesterday at a cost of 618.00. I told the tech I saw an add on tv for a new door installed for 999.00 and he asked me who the company was, I didn’t remember who it was until I saw the commercial just now it was Precision Door! He told me for 999.00 it was a junky pan door. Is this what your company sells? I thought the service was very expensive, and I know the motor will be the next thing to go!

I would definitely the performance a 5 star rating. Michael Holbok was the technician who installed a new garage door opener. He was great and knew what he was doing. When I called with the problem he was here within an hour and was neat and efficient. I would highly recommend your company to my family and friends.

I ordered a door an automatic door opener for my garage. They put the door up, forgot the windows, an never put my trim up. They said another company will do the trim. Now they say that Precision does the trim. I am still waiting!! It is July 22nd. I will think twice from now on when it sounds to good to be true.

Yes Tammy, We took over the aluminum wrapping from the subcontractor we were using because they couldn't keep up. I see the manufacturer also sent your window panel without the windows, even though it was labeled a window panel. These things sometimes happen, especially when dealing with such high volume. We will calling you to schedule the swap out for the correct panel as well as the wrap so it is done on the same day. The panel should be in shortly, so you will be hearing from us soon.

The service man arrived when promised. He explained everything that he needed to d and why. I felt the price was reasonable, and he completed the work fast. The only problem that I experienced is that he left the bar and springs st the curb in front of my house but the trash people didn't pick it up. I will need to cut it into smaller pieces and find a way to get rid of it. I would highly recommend Precision.

My garage door wasn’t working properly and sometimes it didn’t want to close. I called Precision door and they were able to come out the same day. Barry was our technician and he ended up putting in a new garage door opener because our old one was going out. Barry was professional and service was top notch. This is the second time I have used this service and have been happy with service once again.

Pro: Quick service Con: They left my garage squeaking more than it was before the springs were changed. Called back to have them oil/fix it and the service guy shows up wanting to charge us another service fee for something they did! He refused fix it because we said we wouldn’t pay for something the company did. They thought they were being nice when they said we’ll let the service fee go this time but next time you call, we will charge you just to show up. I thought this was shady and horrible customer service; not backing up your work and fixing the problem. *Thanks Precision for making my family cringe every time that garage door goes up and down. TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS AND DON’T WORRY SO MUCH ABOUT THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR.
