I needed to have my outside garage door wireless keyless entry unit replaced. Your technician (sorry, don't remember his name) was very helpful, efficient and personable. He arrived on time and got the job done in a very timely manner and answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to use your services in the future and will highly recommend Precision Door Service to all my friends. To put it bluntly "YOU GUYS ARE GOOD!!".

I was very pleased with the service. The technician was very good at explaining the process of replacing the spring and allowing me to watch as I was curious how it was done. He did point out that a bearing should be replaced (it was shot).

5 stars for Robert Pitchure You have a tremendously good employee who described in detail what my problem was and what options I had to have the repair done on my defective garage door opener. He handled the delicate situation in my garage of cleaning the area he had to work in and put all objects back. He was very professional from the minute I met him to the moment he left. You are fortunate to have a good solid employee working for you.

5 STAR!!! Service was excellent. The technician, Michael B. Holbok, was on-time, very polite; scoped out the problem and then informed me exactly what was wrong with the unit and offered several suggested remedies for me to choose from. The work was completed in a very timely manner and the opener works excellently!! I will definitely recommend Precision to anyone who may need work done on a garage door and / or opener. In fact, I will be replacing a second garage door opener in the near future and I will request that Mr. Holbok be the technician that does the work when the time comes. Bottom line I was exceptionally satisfied with the workmanship that Mr. Holbok did.

I had a service call for a garage door that wouldn't close. When the technician arrived he said that a ladder I had hanging in the garage was causing the problem. He took down the ladder, but about one out of every ten times I try to close the door, it pops back up and I have to retry.This started a few days after the service call. I had thought the problem was solved. So, I guess I still don't know the cause. I paid the service call and the service provider did oil up a few things at my request, but it seems that there must be more to it. I guess nothing was actually repaired. Would love a follow-up visit

We returned to Mrs. Smiths home on June 23rd. The technician, Henry was able to locate the cause of her intermittent problem which we resolved to Mrs. Smiths satisfaction at no additional charge.

As is always the case, I needed to have garage door springs repaired because a spring broke unexpectedly. I went to telephone book and went right to the yellow pages. I called 2 companies with no response and then called Precision. They called back right away and I explained I needed someone out same day and within 15 minutes a technician called me back and within 35 minutes after that he was at my home. Patrick was courteous, professional, clean and very informative. He explained what I needed to do as a minimum and then also offered other options and services. It is solely because of his professional approach that I chose to go with the overhaul package to include springs, rollers, cables, etc. he is a great representative for Precision and I would highly recommend him and the company to anyone looking for garage door services. Thanks again.

I purchased a deal for roller repair from Angies List. I received a prompt and courteous phone call within 24 hours to set up an appointment. The technician, called before arriving and was prompt and very courteous. Our garage doors are quite old and we discussed the option of repair or replace. Michael defined all of our options clearly. No pressure, no sales techniques. Just basic information. After discussing, we decided to replace and upgrade our doors. Pricing was fair and the company was willing to work with us. The doors should be installed in a few weeks which is very reasonable. So far I am extremely pleased with company and Michael specifically.

I ordered a new garage door and opener. The gentleman that installed the new products where great. They answered my questions, and worked diligently until the job was complete.
