I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. As one of Precision's most experienced talents you'll find me in every aspect of the business. After graduating St. Joseph's Collegiate Institute in 2000, I continued my education at Buffalo State and was also an All American football player. After a season in Arena Football, I headed to Spain to play and coach American football for 3 seasons. Since then, I has settled back home with my beautiful wife and daughter.

I was very pleased with the entire process. I made the appointment early a.m. was surprised that they could come out that morning. Mike H showed up on time and really knows garage doors. The door was creaky and operating roughly, the torsion spring broke (after 30yrs). Mike inspected all the parts and made sure I understood there function. He then offered three levels of service / repair. He had all the parts with him and completed work in about 2hrs. The door works as good as new now, smooth and quiet. Of course the cost was a little more than I expected. I would highly recommend this company.

Our garage door opener wouldn't work. Called and repair man came out same day. Fixed it. Door opener was still under warranty so no charge. Repair man was very nice and Precision sent a confirmation email prior to arrival and invoice after.

We are extremely pleased with precision door. Our garage door broke and we were heading on vacation. We called, and they came out within an hour! They were very professional and had everything they needed on their trucks. They fixed what I needed, and they also recognized that the motor in our opener was about to go. So they gave us an estimate for that and we had that replaced as well. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

The technician was wonderful. I have a very old garage and needed a track fixed. He fixed the track and tuned up both doors. He gave me a very reasonable price for new doors but did not pressure me which I really appreciated. I will definitely go back to Precision and ask for the same technician when I decide to get new doors.
