Nick G came within 45 minutes when my garage door broke to help me get my cars out and give me a quote for a new door. He was incredibly helpful! 2 days later Mike O was here to install my new door. Mike did an awesome job with my garage door installation. He was prompt and professional. He removed my old broken door, installed my new one, and explained how to maintain and troubleshoot everything. The new door is so much quieter than my old one! I would definitely recommend using precision doors!

I've had the new garage door for just a day so I can't comment on the door itself but the tech who installed the door could not have been nicer. He was prompt, professional, polite and you are lucky to have him working for Precision. I give a solid 5 star rating for him. (As an aside, please let management know I think he was the best tech I've ever had working at my house.)

Had to have them replace panel on door (my error not product issue). Once again exceptional service. Travis called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. Asked if I had any questions prior to starting and finished quickly and left no mess. I did have a question upon completion and he answered with facts and also stated that if there is any issue even small I can call them.

Just a great job of installing a new door system . I cannot remember the names of the to men that did the job . When completed they took us through the complete operation of the door . Went over proper operation of door , maintenance of the door and rollers as well as safety test that need to be done . They were just great all was cleaned up upon completion . This is what I expected from Precision . Great company to do business with.

Called on a Saturday and have a new door and opener etc all installed the following Wednesday! Great inspection and very clear explanation of estimate and work that would be done. Came home today to completed project with no mess left behind. Thank you for such a great professional job!

I would highly recommend Precision Door. We had issues with our garage door opener, I called and Bob the Technician came out the same day. Very knowledgeable and professional. We decided to replace our very old wood 2 car garage door and opener. With Bob's recommendations we placed our order the end of June. The only reason I am not giving a full five stars is at the time of order, we were told the door would be replaced in 4 to 6 weeks. I had to make a call at the 6 week mark to inquire as to the status of our order. At that time I would told it would actually be 8 to 10 weeks. At the 10 week mark I received a phone call and the work was scheduled. Travis came out to install the door, opener and replaced everything. He was remarkably fast but highly competent, very friendly and professional. The work was completed to our satisfaction in a little over 4 hours.
