The Technician (Jason Vorhis ) Was very knowledgeable, explained to me why my original door failed. He also kept me within my price range. Actually beat the lowest price that I got out of eight other quotes I received . He also told me about other discounts. I could get because I am a healthcare worker. ( Product ): Your company had more variety in the price range that I was willing to pay other than the two standard doors from every other company I got a quote from. They were more of a custom look than a standard one for the same price. I work at buffalo general hospital and I know that you work on their garage doors a few times and I know you guys do great work, so thank you. Sincerely Terry Marrow.

Travis, our installer was on time this morning and the rest of his work got better as the day went on. We recently called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service when our current garage door sustained extensive wind damage. Their technician came out promptly, we mutually agreed that the door could not be repaired so I placed an order for the new door and opener at that time. It did take several weeks for the door to arrive, we were made aware of that right from the start. Travis Leader, one of their installers did the installation for us today and we are absolutely thrilled!!! Travis called me 30 minutes prior to his arrival, he did the work in the amount of time that he said it would take, he cleared away all of the debris and helped with the programming of the opener. He did all of this with a smile, his professionalism is greatly appreciated. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for all of your garage door and door opener needs.

Nick G came within 45 minutes when my garage door broke to help me get my cars out and give me a quote for a new door. He was incredibly helpful! 2 days later Mike O was here to install my new door. Mike did an awesome job with my garage door installation. He was prompt and professional. He removed my old broken door, installed my new one, and explained how to maintain and troubleshoot everything. The new door is so much quieter than my old one! I would definitely recommend using precision doors!

He was prompt, professional, polite and you are lucky to have him working for Precision. I give a solid 5 star rating for him. (As an aside, please let management know I think he was the best tech I've ever had working at my house.)
