Sam gave us exceptional customer service. He took extra time to explain the complete workings of the garage door and opener to us. He came back a second time to finalize the sale of the new garage door and opener and again took time to answer a few more questions that we had. He is very knowledgeable and friendly - A+ all the way. He made sure that we would be. Ompletely satisfied with our purchase. Sam was a fantastic technician. He was on time, responsible, knowledgeable, and more than professional. He gave an assessment of our mechanics (springs, rollers, cables, bearings, panels, and photo eyes) and made excellent and informed recommendations. After giving us those options, we chose which route would be best, and we elected to replace much of our mechanics and buy a new opener. He had all equipment with him, and he installed everything right on the spot. He was always cheerful even though, given the amount of work we asked him to do, he was here well past 8:00PM. Not only that, but Same explained all warranties associated with all products, and as an aside, this company STANDS BY it's work. I will recommend this company, and specifically Sam to anyone who asks me. Sam is a credit to himself, Precision Door, and to the service industry as a whole. Overall we couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service we received. Money well spent.

Sam did an excellent job. The logic board went on my liftmaster opener and Sam diagnosed the problem in an efficient manner. He did not try to sell me a new opener, but rather I inquired as to the lifespan of a typical opener and we discussed my options. I decided to order a new opener through Precision and am very satisfied with my decision as well as the service provided by Sam and the entire team at Precision. Thanks!

Sam was our technician and we couldn't have been more pleased. He was fantastic. The spring on our garage door had broken and we were told the technician would arrive between 12pm-4pm. Sam called at 10:40am to say he was on his way! When he arrived he assessed the problem and presented us with our options. He was very thorough in explaining the operation of the door and presented us with three options. At no time did we feel pressured or hurried and he thoroughly answered all of our questions. We bought the house 5 months ago and the door was contractor grade and already had significant rust at the bottom and really should have two springs instead of just the one it had. After being presented the repair options, I asked Same out of curiosity what it would cost to replace everything. Sam's job is to repair doors but he did a terrific job of going over the replacement options with us as well. This guy knows his stuff and could easily sell doors as well as repair them. Precision, I hope you are reading this because this guy deserves a raise or at least commission on our door!! It was in our best interest to just do a total replacement because of the shape our existing door was in. Sam processed our whole order and still repaired our door for us so that we would have it's function while we wait for the new door to arrive and be installed!! Some other company simply could have said that we would have to live with the broken door until the new one arrived. Not Precision! They included it in the purchase price of the new door and will just take the parts back when the new one was installed. Sam's completed the work with great ease and speed. He is truly an asset to this company and we will tell anyone who needs garage door work to call Precision and ask for him.

Called at 9am on a Monday morning and had a technician (Sam) at my house by 12:30pm that same day! Sam did a thorough inspection of our garage door and told us what was wrong. He offered us three options to fix our problem, and had everything he needed to do the repairs right on his truck! No waiting needed. He got right to work and finished in no time, explaining to us everything he was doing and why! Extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We would definitely use and recommend Precision, and Sam, again! Thank you!!!
