as a resident of hamburg,when my cable snapped, my first thought was to call Hamburg overhead...monday12/31...they were closed for the holiday....saw Precision ad in yellow pages....lucky me.....service was excellent....showed up in a couple hours...collin was very professionial, answered all my questions, and did an excellent repair job. When i eventually order a new door.....Precision will get my business!

The Door that Precision installed turned out beautifully. Delivery and installation took 5 weeks from ordering which is not bad. Installation took less than 4 hours which I thought was reasonable.

From the time we called Precision about the broken spring on our door to the job being completed was only about three hours! Collin was great, very professional. Explained everything and evaluated the condition of our whole door, opener etc. which was helpful and reassuring. He had the parts with him in the truck and got it fixed fast. Well done!
