First I want to say why I chose Precision. When we couldn't open our garage door and had an appointment to get to, you came out and helped us and let us get to our appointment. Now, the review. Anthony serviced our door. First, he called to let me know he's coming and on what time. He was right on the button. He was courtous, and very helpful. He did everything we asked and gave a quote BEFORE he did the work. Great service.

Hi William, Just had Anthony leave my house and he did a great job. He was very nice and extremely professional. My only issue, and I won’t post this as a review, is he installed four new garage door sensors at $180.00 pair. I just looked on Amazon and the same sensors are $32.00 pair. I totally understand you need to be profitable but to me that’s a bit excessive wouldn’t you say? It’s not a big job to connect some wires but thought while he was here I’d have him do it I never thought those sensors were that inexpensive, but that‘s on me, lesson learned, I should have checked. It’s to bad because I’ve used Precision a few times and the service is very good. I just can’t deal with that kind of mark up. I won’t post this cause I should have known better and that’s not really my style. You wanted a favor regarding my post, there it is. Unfortunately I was looking for a favor today from Precision, to be charged fairly, , we’ll I guess we both know how that turned out. Have a great day!!! Mark Perna

Mark, I'm sorry you were unhappy with the price of our service. We believe there is value in sending a certified technician to your home in a fully stocked truck. We are not a delivery company like amazon and do not send delivery drivers. Regardless of the cost of the product the labor and overhead is what dictates the final price. Our labor fees are competitive with our industry and all our technicians are IDEA certified.

We called for an appointment to have a garage door replaced on May 5th and we were scheduled for May 6th. Anthony G. was here today and he has professional and courteous. We ordered the door without getting a comparison quote from another company, we were that impressed. We are looking forward to the same professionalism with the installation.

Excellent ! Professional, Friendly. The guys worked together to get three doors installed in one day! They removed and loaded up all the old doors,motors etc,for disposal. Cleaned up after the jobs were done. Highly recommend Precision Door Service for all your door needs.
