Online reviews were very positive. Appointment was arranged within two days. Overall a great experience from the initial office phone call to the arrival of the technician. Service was scheduled for a garage door tune-up and a question on how to repair a sizable gap under one side of the door. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained that the gap was not a garage door issue but was caused by a new floor that was not properly leveled. He suggested a temporary solution until the repairs can be made to the garage floor. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends and family.

We had our door serviced a few years ago by Precision and everything worked fine until a loop on the cable broke the other day. This caused the garage door to not open or close. We were looking for a timely repair and reached out that a.m., as we recalled there being a 7 year warranty. They were able to dispatch Collin out that same evening and the repairs were made at no cost. It was a hassle free warranty claim. That is not always the case with some companies that make promise but don't live up to their word. I can appreciate them standing behind their product. Collin was on time, personable and completed the work without issue. Everything is working great again! Thanks PDS!

I called Precision after reading so many satisfied customer reviews, and I can add my name to that list, as well. As our garage door lock would no longer engage and stay locked, Collin tried to repair it, but it wouldn't work, so he tried to replace it, but the new lock didn't cover the holes left in the garage door from the previous one, so he replaced it to cover the holes, and suggested the side lock which solved the problem. I was very happy with his work, and he left everything spotless, and I would definitely recommend him and Precision Door Service.

Met Collin A the Precision garage door co. Tech. He was very knowledgeable, (he new his business). He explained what he felt what else should be done to the door besides changing the springs to make it operate like new. I took his recommendations and had him do the work. Emailed company and explained problem. Technician Collin came out next day and identified problem. Given three options, had all parts needed for the option I chose. Seemed very knowledgeable and as a visually disabled woman put my trust in him and Precision Garage Doors. The job was completed in a professional and timely matter. The work was extensive, almost everything but garage door. I was a bit shocked at cost, but you have to trust someone. We’ve been burned in the past by contractors. Hope this isn’t the case. Time will tell. Thanks Collin and Precision Garage Doors....

We were super happy with the service provided by your technician Colin. He called first thing in the morning to tell us he would be there within 10-15 minutes and he was prompt and personable and very helpful. He also answered some additional questions we had and gave us a brochure for information about getting a new door and opener which we will do before the end of the year. Collin was very courteous and fixed the problem. Explained that my center bracket is coming loose and because of the age of the door may need to be replaced. I will contact in the Spring for and estimate. I'm satisfied that the door is working for now since I don't use it very much.
