Had an issue with my door not closing, turned out to be that a cable unwound itself. I called up Precision, and within an hour or so, they had someone out to take a look. The technician Eric was able to quickly explain the issue, and some of the typical causes. Eric was also able to suggest some adjustments on my garage door opener and went above and beyond to do the repair work correctly. I am very satisfied with the work that was done.

You might be able to find a better price, but you won’t find better service (or warranty). Same day appointment, friendly, and skilled technician...I was very pleased. Eric was fantastic. I have never had a garage door go up and down so quietly! If you want the best, then call Precision.

We based our decision to choose Precision Garage Door Service based on positive reviews and ratings as well the informational website. We have never had an automatic door opener for our garage and decided it was time to get one. We called to get an estimate. Someone came out in a timely manner . The gentlemen was polite and very informative. He was able to install the garage door opener immediately . We were very pleased with the job and the service! Outstanding service! Service Tech Eric showed up only two-hours after I scheduled an appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem of our garage door not closing properly. Eric expertly made necessary adjustments, took additional time to lubricate wheels and tracks and offered additional advice for preventive maintenance at no extra charge. Precision installed our garage door and opener approximate 8 years ago. To date, this is the only problem with this door and opener even though it was a result of normal repeated mechanical usage. The price was affordable and fair. TY Eric!!!

Our technician, Eric did a great job in a short amount of time. Dispatcher gave us a window from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, and Eric was here at 11:20 am, after calling at 11:00 to let us know he was on his way. Job was finished in less than an hour. I contacted Precision because I needed service to be completed on my garage door. My sister, who just had a new door installed at her home, highly recommended them. When setting up the appointment, the assistant was very kind and courteous. The work I requested was to replace the rubber striping on the bottom of door and a tune-up. On date of service, Eric Bruton contacted me to advise he was on his way. Upon arrival, Eric and I talked about the door and the issue and wanted to know what my expectations of him would be. Upon completion, he went over everything he did and no mess was left behind. He did an excellent job, was knowledgeable and courteous. Going forward, I will using Precision for all my garage door needs.

Eric the technician called at 7:40 and advised that he would be arriving in 20 mins which was perfect because the window for service was 8-10 a.m. He arrived on time spoke with me regarding our issues with our garage door opener, performed an inspection and proceeded to give us our options to address those issues. This was done without any pressure, there was no hard sell. We decided to replace our ancient garage door opener and to get new rollers and ball bearings. He completed the job in less than 2 hours all the while being courteous, polite and very patient while answering my many questions. It was a pleasure working with Eric and we now have an amazingly efficient and much quieter functioning garage door.

I read a bunch of reviews before calling and decided to give this company a shot - i reviews are amazingly accurate - i called about 12:30 Eric was here by 2 - he tried everything he could to fix our issue without having to change the motor , unfortunately that didn’t work , so he left and i called about 5 minutes later to say we were going to install the new motor - he was back before 4pm and did a fantastic job , explained all of the options , wasn’t pushy and was completely transparent- he did a fantastic job installing new sensors , new springs , new motor, keypad etc. i will recommend to anyone in need of assistance

We had same day service for a new garage door opener and repair to the door. Our technician, Eric, did a great job!! He showed us 3 options and explained everything in detail.
