I was born in raised in the Buffalo area and currently reside with my wife, in Lancaster, NY. I have spent my life working in customer service and enjoy helping solve peoples problems. Currently that translates to helping people fix their garage doors or pick new ones, which keeps me outside and on my toes. In spare time I love to go backpacking, woodworking and walking my husky.

I called Precision around 11:30 and Jeremy and Sean were there before 1:00 to repair my door. The spring and cables were broken. Jeremy and Sean were amazing. Very friendly, kind and professional. They did an amazing job. The door works great now. They were very friendly and I had a great time chatting with them while they worked. Precision has done work for me before, and will continue to be my " garage door" guys. Great company. Great service. Great prices and AMAZING people! Thank you so much Jeremy, Sean and precision.

As with mostly everyone, the suddenly loud and unexpected sound after closing the garage door brings immediate anxiety to the souls of our wallets! Having this occur during winter magnifies that feeling. This happened to my home recently... And knowing no one else to call I conducted an internet search and came across Precision Door. From the moment I first called them to the moment the technician left my home it was nothing but "world class service"! The customer service folks were friendly, professional and answered all my questions up front. I received a text and then a call from the technical Jeremy Pencils before he arrived. He arrived right on time and being a former Marine, being on time is essential! Jeremy assessed the situation and throughly went over the repair work. Provided some recommendations but was never pushy or tried to sell me anything extra. He arrived wearing PPE (essential during these times) and completed the work in about an hour I was extremely and completely satisfied with the customer service of this company, the professionalism of the technician and the quality of the work done! I would enthusiastically recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs any type of garage work. I will definitely call them again in the future when needed!

The office staff was great & patient when I called to set up the appointment and to have a receipt sent to my email after all. Jeremy came, was friendly, I told him what was happening. He looked it over explained what needed to be done, how long it would take and the cost. He got started when I said ok. The job was done exactly like he said right then, no waiting. I don't remember the last time I called for an estimate somewhere got it & the work was done right then. It was great!

Excellent work and service! My garage door unexpectedly broke at 4:00 pm and wouldn’t open more than a foot. I called Precision and my call was answered immediately. Jeremy called back within 5 minutes after I scheduled service to say that he was on his way. He explained what needed to be done and obviously knew his stuff. He finished the job in less than an hour and a half and the door is actually working better than ever! Couldn’t be more satisfied with Precision. Highly recommend them!

Today I had my garage door serviced by your company. I called in the morning and by 1:00 pm a service technician was at my home. I explained the problem and your technician was able to give me a reason why I was having the issue and what it would take to fix it. He gave me a quote right away. He was very professional, had the job done in under an hour and cleaned up where he was working. He demonstrated the door operation and tested it multiple times to be sure it was working properly. He even took the time to spray the rollers with some silicone to make them roll smoother. I would recommend your company and your service technician to anyone.

I prefer Precision over the other garage door repairs I've had in the past - the Techs are prompt, always on time, polite and professional - I trust their expertise to know exactly what needs to be done and get it done quickly and efficiently - my most recent repair done by Jeremy & really, you could not find a nicer guy - he checked everything out thoroughly and was patient and respectable toward me as a senior with a severe hearing impairment. You pay for quality parts and service is top of the line. I recommend Precision to anyone whose garage door needs parts, repair, whatever you need and as customers, we want service ASAP...we got it, and what a relief to get that garage door open again !!
