I WAS COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH RYAN. HE WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE EVEN TO THE SMALLEST DETAILS. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT HE WAS DOING SO I WOULD UNDERSTAND. I PLAN ON GETTING A NEW LIFT MASTER IN THE SUMMER AND I WILL REQUEST RYAN TO DO THE WORK. HE IS AN ASSET TO YOUR COMPANY.

Mike was very thorough in explaining what happened to the garage door springs and everything else to me. He made suggestions on what he thought should be done and what didn't need to be replaced or repaired. I felt he was very honest.
