Mario's Bio:
I was born and raised near Frankfurt, Germany. At the age of 21 I moved to Basel, Switzerland to take a job with the Pharmaceutical company, Hoffman La Roche. After 11 years in pharmaceuticals I left for the U.S. and worked in logistics for several companies in the Buffalo area. I eventually got tired of living the office 9-5 life so I decided to bring my industry knowledge and talents to Precision Door. When not working I like to spend my time with my girlfriend and we like to travel to the Tampa area often.

Just had our garage door repaired this morning. Called at 8am and they were at my house within 2 hours and had the job completed by 11:30am. Mario gave us a quote on three options and was very thorough in explaining each option. He had the parts with him and started to work immediately. The job was done efficiently and we were very satisfied with the results. Would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

I couldn’t be happier with the service. Precision was the only place I called that answered the phone right away. Everwhere else I had to leave a voicemail. The door, which I was convinced was totally ruined, was fixed very quick and looks awesome. I was convinced that the door was a total loss. We went over the options for a new door and he was not pushy at all. The selection was great too. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called for service needing a new opener. Mario came within an hour. He was excellent. No sales pitch. He explained my issue and gave me 3 options. He even told me how long it would take. I highly recommend Precision. Ask for Mario!

Great Service. Mario was the technician that fixed our door. He called ahead of the Appointment time to verify our address. He showed up on time and explained the service needed and how long it would take and different options to fix the problem. A great experience. if we have issues again with the door we will for sure look these guys up. The on-line appointment live chat worked great. Our door spring broke on New years eve and there was a person to make the appointment on-line with and the lady had plenty of times for me to choose that worked around my work schedule during the week. . No extra charge for a night appointment either.

I called Precision and Mario came to my home the same day. Mario came at around 7pm which was very convenient for me due to my work schedule. I had a new garage door opener put in which I knew I needed he was very professional and pleasant to work with. Mario took the time to explain how the new opener operated and had me try it out to make sure I understood how it worked. The garage door springs broke so the door wouldn’t open. I’d seen ads for Precision, so I called them. Mario came when promised and I couldn’t be happier. He was enngaging and personable, and he explained exactly what the issue was and what my options were for repairing it and not having it repeat. I did not feel pressured to make a decision. The repairs were made within the stated timeframe, which means that Mario and Precision both realize that my time is valuable. I will definitely use them again should there ever be a need.

My brother recommended Precision, since he had them replace his garage door last spring. I can’t believe how quick they were able to come out. Mario was wonderful! I called up their office at 3PM, and had a new garage door opener is installed by 8:30pm the very same day. Mario, the technician, called ahead, arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problems right away, explained the causes, and laid out all options, then went right to work. The old system was very noisy, and didn't even have the safety auto stop. Now, you can barely hear the door operating, even when standing right next to it! System comes with life time warranty, and includes two remotes, an outside keypad, and an inside wall control that doubles as a light switch, and has a 'vacation' switch (which can disable the remotes and outside unit, when you're away for extended periods of time).

Moved into a new home to find the garage door opener from the 1970s wasn't functioning well. Had Precision come out for an estimate and ultimately the installation of a new opener. My service was performed by Mario, who called me in advance, arrived on time, explained all the options and completed the work. No mess, no problems. We had a broken torsion spring on our garage door and needed service on the weekend. We called Precision in the afternoon and got person on the phone who said that they would have a service technician to our house within 2 hours. I had a great experience with Precision. They were at my house within an hour of my call. Installed a new garage door opener and helped with selection of a new door (to be installed at a later date). Mario was the installer. He was great, easy to work with, polite, knowledgeable.
