You fixed my garage door on 6/23/12. I was very pleased by your same day service and very competent technician. My mom has a problem (Carol C, Lakeview) and will be calling you today after my referral. She had tried Hamburg Overhead Door and they were giving her the runaround and a very high price without even seeing what is wrong. I told her not to bother, Precision is wonderful and will solve her needs. Great job, guys (and gals)!

Top notch service from top notch people. Dependable, timely affordable service from a team that guarantees their work. I needed a garage door re-build and it was assesed, re-built and working flawlessly 1.5 hours later, on the same day I called for an appointment. Cant say enough good things about this group. They just earned a customer for life.

Your ambassador, Henry, arrived as promised, diagnosed my problem as being a broken torsion spring. He then examined my 40 year old door and showed me how he knew it was that old. On Henry' recommendation, a money saving opportunity and a preventative maintenance approach, I opted for the overhaul package. Henry carried out the repairs and updating of the door in a silent and efficient manner that mirrors the way the door now operates. He completed the work and cleaned up the site in a timely manner as one would expect of the professional he is! Henry deserves a raise !
