Your ambassador, Henry, arrived as promised, diagnosed my problem as being a broken torsion spring. He then examined my 40 year old door and showed me how he knew it was that old. On Henry' recommendation, a money saving opportunity and a preventative maintenance approach, I opted for the overhaul package. Henry carried out the repairs and updating of the door in a silent and efficient manner that mirrors the way the door now operates. He completed the work and cleaned up the site in a timely manner as one would expect of the professional he is! Henry deserves a raise !

I waited for 2hours and noone showed...I called your office and talked w/guy who said he was there at front door at noon and no one answered...I told he was full of it caus I was sitting in my car near the corner and had a clear vision of front and side...he also said he tried to call but phone number was bogus....i again said he was full of bull...that was...i'll never call for any service from your outfit in the future nor recommend your outfit....

Our Technician arrived on time and found that no one was at home. We were not aware that Mr. Roman was in his car, somewhere on the street, waiting for our technician. The phone number we had on record was not correct making it impossible for our technician to contact Mr. Roman to let him know we were at his home. We have attempted to contact Mr.Roman to no avail. This was an unusual circumstance and we regret the onconvienece caused by it.

Technician was on time. Did the job well and fast. Told me what I needed and what he was doing. Very pleasant person!

I came home Wed evening to the ugly truth that my garage door did not want to open ever again! I was prepared to call around for service the next day and hope that I did not have to take too much time off from work. Imagine my surprise when I found Precision on the internet and that you had no charge for emergency after hour calls! Sounded too good to be true, but tried anyway. My call was answered by a very nice and very helpful lady. The service call was set for just a bit later that evening. The service tech was knowledgeable,courteous, and helpful. He fully explained my options and costs. I chose to have the hardware replaced, with the springs and cables and then was again amazed that all the equipment was on his truck and he went to work fixing that stubborn door. A little bit later, all was fixed and the door works like new! Would I call your company again, ABSOLUTELY!!! (But, to be honest, I really hope I don't need to call for a long, long time!!) However, that word of mouth works well too and I will definitely recomend Precision to my friends and family. Thanks again, Kathy Szafranski
