I purchased a door replacement in November last year. Unfortunately due to the type of opener I have have had multiple issues with it opening and closing. The company has been very responsive to my calls, send a technician out right away, however it just wasn't getting fixed. Matty P came out this week and went right to work. Changing many different things and the door does seem to be working correctly now. Every technician made sure I was satisfied before they left the fixes just didn't seem to last long. Very pleased with customer support and prompt us of service..
