Cable snapped on side of garage door, unable to open.Called Precision for service and a price on new cables. A technician arrived shortly.l showed him the problem and he proceeded to point out all the things wrong with the door and how unsafe it was , including the wrong size springs for this size door. He also committed on the terrible work any other technician has done in the past on my door and he is so much better than them, including techs. he works with.$868 later the door goes up and down SO MUCH SAFER. Also there is senior discount which was never mentioned.

Words cannot describe how grateful I am with the people at precision garage door my garage door broke in the middle of the night I went on their website and did a chat now discussion and within minutes I was scheduled for a repair the next day within a two-hour time frame the technician named Bob was on time courteous extremely knowledgeable and had the repair done in no time he gave me three options to choose from and thoroughly explained what each option entailed. And what was even more impressive I had the door installed buy a different local company from Hamburg. Unfortunately I was not pleased with the workmanship and or the customer service from that company so I chose to call precision door and I know that I made the right choice.
