Mike H was my Technician, he was GREAT!! He took his time and explained what and why things were happening to our door. He went out of his way to ASSURE all was perfect before he left. Mike went above and beyond the service I paid for and showed GREAT patience, professionalism and work ethic. Mike is EXTREMELY knowledgeable and I WILL be using Precision in the future!!

My brother recommended that I call Precision Door when my springs broke. I was trapped at home and needed a company who would be available quickly to do the work. After I called I was told that someone would be out the next morning. My technician was at my home by 7:45am the next day. He explained what needed to be repaired and work was completed in an hour. He was fantastic. I would refer this company to anyone who needs garage door service.

Easy to schedule an appointment. Technician (Mike) was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get my garage door opener working again and explained the pros and cons of replacing it. I decided to replace it and he was able to install it within an hour. Great service!

Mike H. did a great job on my garage door repair. One torsion spring failed and broke in two. Both springs were replaced along with rollers as some of the old rollers were seized up. The best part of the repair, in addition to Mike's recommendations for longevity of my garage, was the quick response time to my property. From the time I placed the phone call, Mike arrived within half an hour. Thanks Mike for all you did to help out!

We would highly recommend Precision Door especially our technician Sam! He came out the same day the door springs broke, gave us options to not only repair the springs but evaluate other parts that were rusted. In no time he was done

Sam was a fantastic technician. He was on time, responsible, knowledgeable, and more than professional. He gave an assessment of our mechanics (springs, rollers, cables, bearings, panels, and photo eyes) and made excellent and informed recommendations. After giving us those options, we chose which route would be best, and we elected to replace much of our mechanics and buy a new opener. He had all equipment with him, and he installed everything right on the spot. He was always cheerful even though, given the amount of work we asked him to do, he was here well past 8:00PM. Not only that, but Same explained all warranties associated with all products, and as an aside, this company STANDS BY it's work. I will recommend this company, and specifically Sam to anyone who asks me. Sam is a credit to himself, Precision Door, and to the service industry as a whole. Overall we couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship, professionalism, and customer service we received. Money well spent.

Pat my service technician was great. He listened to my problem, assessed the issue. Did an inspection and offered me 3 solutions to resolve the problem. He further advised me about the useful life of my garage door and my LiftMaster opener. Extremely helpful. Work was done within the time he said. Highly recommend Precision. Will use them in the future.

Tech. knowledgeable and thorough after arrival. Opener installed 12/20/16, although I do realize equipment failure is beyond your control, this was an inconvenience. To compound the inconvenience the Tech called an told me he would be there in 15 minutes. I had to leave work, I was there in 15 min, 30 min later I called an he said he was 10 min out. Traffic on transit, I do understand not wanting to have to wait, but this was not very professional and very inconvenient, he arrived over 45 min after his initial call, traffic on transit is not a viable excuse, I drive on Transit frequently at that time of day, as does, I would hazard to guess, the Tech.

Thank you for the review. I apologize our tech miscalculated the arrival time. We get our arrival times from the GPS unit which does not calculate for traffic and try to give the most accurate time.

We were given a two hour window for the replacement/repair of our garage door springs. Very appreciative of the fact we were contacted early within that time window and the fact the Technician called 1/2 before appt. time as we had requested. He was very kind, friendly and happy man and shared that he loves what he is doing which was very obvious. Went right to work (including assisting moving additional heavy items out of the way). Rob recommended additional repairs that were required based upon the wear that was visible. He greeted our pets warmly when we had to let them out. We highly recommend Rob and Precision door service for your garage door repairs or replacement. Top notch service!

More expensive than I was expecting, but the installer did a great job explaining why. Replaced a cheap torque master with a new torsion bar and spring. Door lifts better than ever now! Thanks!

Your technician Robert D. was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. I have 3 garage doors. He fixed an issue 2 yrs ago with 1 and warned me about the 2nd one. 2 yrs later, I was lucky to get the same tech to fix that issue plus a future issue with both doors. He'a keeper.

Mario arrived as scheduled promptly. He was courteous, polite, knowledgable and, efficient all the things you look for in a tech. He explained what was to be done with pricing and discounts beforehand. It was an easy choice to have him do the work which he did in minimal time and to my satisfaction.
