Tech. knowledgeable and thorough after arrival. Opener installed 12/20/16, although I do realize equipment failure is beyond your control, this was an inconvenience. To compound the inconvenience the Tech called an told me he would be there in 15 minutes. I had to leave work, I was there in 15 min, 30 min later I called an he said he was 10 min out. Traffic on transit, I do understand not wanting to have to wait, but this was not very professional and very inconvenient, he arrived over 45 min after his initial call, traffic on transit is not a viable excuse, I drive on Transit frequently at that time of day, as does, I would hazard to guess, the Tech.
Thank you for the review. I apologize our tech miscalculated the arrival time. We get our arrival times from the GPS unit which does not calculate for traffic and try to give the most accurate time.

We were given a two hour window for the replacement/repair of our garage door springs. Very appreciative of the fact we were contacted early within that time window and the fact the Technician called 1/2 before appt. time as we had requested. He was very kind, friendly and happy man and shared that he loves what he is doing which was very obvious. Went right to work (including assisting moving additional heavy items out of the way). Rob recommended additional repairs that were required based upon the wear that was visible. He greeted our pets warmly when we had to let them out. We highly recommend Rob and Precision door service for your garage door repairs or replacement. Top notch service!

Your technician Robert D. was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. I have 3 garage doors. He fixed an issue 2 yrs ago with 1 and warned me about the 2nd one. 2 yrs later, I was lucky to get the same tech to fix that issue plus a future issue with both doors. He'a keeper.

Great customer service, two garage doors installed yesterday. Disappointed in the quality of the window inserts, thought it would be a more rigid plastic insert. Thank you to all, especially Bill, manager of the project.
Thanks for the review Ron. The window inserts are made from the highest quality vinyl designed to be easily removable and replaceable. This is why they are flexible. You will never know the difference unless you need to clean your windows. They will come out and go back in easily. They are also warranted against fading and cracking.

My tech was just great! He gave three options to repair my garage door. He then said "ok I'll get started" I was astonished , all the part where with him! In 3 hours I had my old door with all new hardware and a brand new opener. Very impressed!

We chose to replace our "builder grade" garage doors with updated, insulated doors after our rails and wheels rusted, and were having reliability issues. We didn't want to face another Buffalo Winter with our garage doors jumping off the tracks. I did some homework, and called for an appointment with Precision Garage Doors. From the initial contact through the finished job, I was very impressed. Their website, customer service, email reminders and information, service personnel, and professionalism were fantastic. Mike H. was on-time, personable, professional and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy, and he didn't try to up-sell me. He answered all of my questions and was very pleasant. I was here for the installation of the doors today. Brian C. and Mike C. were the installers, and they were great! They arrived on-time, were super guys, and did an A-1 job. They said it would take about 3 hours, and they were very close to their estimate. They worked hard and did a great job of installing the doors, answering any questions I had, and cleaning up. They were very nice, and made the whole process painless. Precision is hiring the right guys, that's for SURE! I would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Doors for anything you need.
