Technician Mike Holbok arrived within 2 hours of my first call to Precision. He explained everything about the new opener after first asking my needs. The work was performed perfectly , Mike was polite and cleaned up after himself, including taking away my old opener! 5 stars for sure!

Bill called me in the morning and let me know what time he would be here. Arrived exactly on time, asked me if I had any questions and went straight to work. Yesterday was probably one on the coldest days this winter so far and not a single complain form Bill or Brian about it. The guys installed two single garage doors on my old garage, one with remote and one without. They were courteous, hardworking and did a fantastic job on this install. Bill walked me thru all the items I needed to know once he was done and they even removed and disposed of the old wooden doors they replaced. I wish every service experience was like this one! Thanks again guys, great job.

I received a flyer in the mail from Precision door and decided to give them a call. I was surprised when the receptionist said a representative could come to my home on Sunday. He did - and he was wonderful! Michael Holbok was so friendly, efficient and professional. I was very impressed. Robert came out to access the repair and was very thorough going over the options. Based on his great advice, instead of just fixing the problem, I decided that replacing the door would be best. I originally scheduled the appointment for Halloween as I was off work that day. I then found that I could not open the door so informed the owner that I was available the coming Monday. He was able to give me the appointment. Ryan was our installer and did a fantastic job and even helped move stuff out of the garage so he could work. The clean up was so good, one could not tell they were even here. Price was very fair. I highly recommend this company.

Mike called and asked what time would be convenient for that morning. I had been told a technician would be here between 8am to noon. He was here about 9:30 or so. He went right to work checking my garage door and replacing the rollers. He was patient and answered all my questions so I could understand what was going on with my garage door. I appreciated his thoroughness. I would recommend the company highly.

Work performed was total replacement of worn parts including door springs, cable pullys, and rollers; it is like having a new door. The cost was higher than expected. I found Precision via Angie's List when I backed into my old, crappy needed to be replaced anyway door. What a professional bunch of people! The sales process was quick and easy. Installation day was only two days later on the coldest day of the year so far. The guys worked tirelessly with freezing fingers and no complaints. Each person knew what to do and when to do it. The door was installed flawlessly, tight to the frame and the lift was absolutely silent (pretty surprising for such a heavy door). We had a somewhat unusual opening, so they had to return with jamb seals, but they were right on time as promised and the job completed. I will also enter a response in Angie's list. All in all, 5 starts and a recommendation that you can't go wrong with Precision!

I had an issue with my garage door not opening. After Bill came by to inspect the problem, a sensor needed to be replaced in the operating system. As it was covered by warranty, I was pleased. After the part came in , they were able to come by the next day and install the new part. I was able to go to work and leave the garage door open. When I came home I noticed how quiet the door was. They must have adjusted and greased the runners! A nice surprise. Very professional and trustworthy. I made a good choice in my initial investment.
