Extremely professional on time, Robert D identified himself examined my problem provided me with 3 options of repair and described his step by step of the repair process.Garage was clean and organized after the repair and before he left gave me a complete check up of new parts. Called at 5pm on a Friday and they were out working on the garage door Saturday morning by 8:30am. The spring was broken and three options were given and explained completely for possible replacements. Great service and knowledgeable service tech Sam. Will definitely be using again.

I am 200% SATISFIED with PRECISION. Your company R E B U I L T my 55 year old garage door to perfection so it would match my second garage door. I dislike plastic or metal doors. They also replaced my garage door opener. Twice they have returned to tweak the opener under the warranty. Your service is incredible, quick, courteous professional. The service that was provided was exceptional. I called late on Thursday and my problem was solved on Friday! I was given a time frame for when the serviceman would arrive and it was very timely. Everything was explained and recommendations were made. The project was completed in just over an hour with no mess and fuss. I would absolutely use you again!

Very pleased with our new garage door. Service was great. Came exactly at the time the appointment was set-up, Called the day before to reminds us of the installation. Very clean and fast installation. I love the window inserts that I had installed. Everything from getting an estimate, ordering the door and billing was superior. Customer service was excellent. 5 star rating.

Even though the problem wasn't one that required immediate attention, it was nice being able to contact someone, schedule an appointment and get the problem taken care of without having the whole process drag on. The Technician was pleasant, curtious and knew his stuff. Unfortuately we needed a new garage door opener because the old one didn't comply with current safety standard, but the price was right and when I went online to review the make and model being offered it had excellent reviews. The technician installed the opener in less than two hours and was on his way. Efficient, pleasent and painless.

Ryan was professional and friendly. service was concluded two hours after I called to request a repair as the door was not rising smoothly. Ryan called, came out to assess and spoke to me on the phone, I didn't even need to come home from work. Precision took the blame for the needed repair and are replacing parts free of charge. Ryan was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the door while the parts are on order. I will certainly recommend precision to anyone looking for a garage door.

Mark came to my house and installed a garage door in no time. I thought I also needed an opener but Mark assured me my current opener worked just fine. He installed the door at the agreed upon price, was polite, courteous and worked very hard since I think I picked the hottest day of the year so far. I would definitely call on Mark again.

Bill called me in the morning and let me know what time he would be here. Arrived exactly on time, asked me if I had any questions and went straight to work. Yesterday was probably one on the coldest days this winter so far and not a single complain form Bill or Brian about it. The guys installed two single garage doors on my old garage, one with remote and one without. They were courteous, hardworking and did a fantastic job on this install. Bill walked me thru all the items I needed to know once he was done and they even removed and disposed of the old wooden doors they replaced. I wish every service experience was like this one! Thanks again guys, great job.
