After attempting to program new garage door remotes, we found that not only would they not work but our old ones now didn't work either. We called Precision on a Saturday afternoon and were pleased to get a person, not an answering machine. The serviceman came at the promised time on Monday and discovered that we'd bought the wrong remotes. He had the right kind in his vehicle, though, and very soon everything was programmed and working again. I would definitely recommend Precision.

Precision had previously serviced my garage door in 2011 and provided a lifetime warrant for their services. A tension spring broke yesterday so I called Precision again to repair the tension spring. Pat showed up on time, replaced the tensions springs and cables and ensured everything was aligned properly. Pat was very professional and courteous and should be commended for his service. Called at 5pm on a Friday and they were out working on the garage door Saturday morning by 8:30am. The spring was broken and three options were given and explained completely for possible replacements. Great service and knowledgeable service tech Sam. Will definitely be using again.

Even though the problem wasn't one that required immediate attention, it was nice being able to contact someone, schedule an appointment and get the problem taken care of without having the whole process drag on. Unfortuately we needed a new garage door opener because the old one didn't comply with current safety standard, but the price was right and when I went online to review the make and model being offered it had excellent reviews. Ryan was professional and friendly. service was concluded two hours after I called to request a repair as the door was not rising smoothly. Ryan called, came out to assess and spoke to me on the phone, I didn't even need to come home from work. Precision took the blame for the needed repair and are replacing parts free of charge. Mark came to my house and installed a garage door in no time. I thought I also needed an opener but Mark assured me my current opener worked just fine. He installed the door at the agreed upon price, was polite, courteous and worked very hard since I think I picked the hottest day of the year so far. I would definitely call on Mark again.
