We chose to replace our "builder grade" garage doors with updated, insulated doors after our rails and wheels rusted, and were having reliability issues. We didn't want to face another Buffalo Winter with our garage doors jumping off the tracks. I did some homework, and called for an appointment with Precision Garage Doors. From the initial contact through the finished job, I was very impressed. Their website, customer service, email reminders and information, service personnel, and professionalism were fantastic. Mike H. was on-time, personable, professional and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy, and he didn't try to up-sell me. He answered all of my questions and was very pleasant. I was here for the installation of the doors today. Brian C. and Mike C. were the installers, and they were great! They arrived on-time, were super guys, and did an A-1 job. They said it would take about 3 hours, and they were very close to their estimate. They worked hard and did a great job of installing the doors, answering any questions I had, and cleaning up. They were very nice, and made the whole process painless. Precision is hiring the right guys, that's for SURE! I would absolutely recommend Precision Garage Doors for anything you need. I am so glad that I found them. Trustworthy, reliable AND great customer service? Who knew that still existed? They are doing it right. Thanks, guys!

After watching a you-tube video and not being able to fix the broken cable on our own, we did a Google search and decided to call Precision. They offered emergency service on a very cold Saturday afternoon. Patrick was very personable, informative, and efficient. He explained his work and what we need to do to keep our system in proper working order. The work area was clean when he left. As it turned out, the you-tube video was part of Precision. We would highly recommend Patrick and Precision.

I first heard about Precision through Angie's List when a Big Deal was offered for tune-up and new rollers. I looked into the background of the company and was overwhelmed by their A+ ratings and terrific comments. So, I purchased the Big Deal and was not disappointed in the least. It was easy to make an appointment and the receptionist was friendly. Patrick came out, explained to me the work to be done, and went right to work. He, fortunately for me, found no problems other than the rollers needing to be replaced. Work was done speedily and he took the time to open and close door several times in my presence to make sure all was acceptable. I was having problems with one of my remotes, and he even took the time to look at it for me, at no additional charge. Door works great now, with no grinding noises. I would highly recommend this company and Patrick as well.

He did a fantastic job. I got the AAA Member Deal for the garage door tune-up and roller replacement. My door is quite old, and was here when I purchased the house 2 years ago. Bill took the time to explain it's total operation to me and in my opinion went over and above helping me to understand how to lubricate it properly and how yo operate it when the power is out. He gave me an honest assessment of the condition of the door and the opener. I'll be ready for another door and opener probably within the next two years, and after this service I know I'll be going back to Precision!
