I called Precision Garage Doors this morning around 11:30. They responded with a technician who was at the house by 2:00. After explaining what was broken he shared several options to address the problem. We selected one which was reasonably priced and Jon had it all repaired in just about an hour. Honest, professional, and courteous would be words I’d use to describe them.

I had another company install the doors when the building was new. The springs lost tension and needed to be re-tensioned. The original company wanted to sell me new springs. I don’t use the doors enough to warrant new springs. Thank you for coming out and adding the tension to the springs that are in excellent shape. The service was excellent and the technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

I am extremely happy that I went with this company. When Jeff came out to give me a quote,he assured me that they would not try and increase the quote when they came to do the job. A competeter tried raising the price after I was given a quote and I decided not to go with them. In addition, the quote from Jeff beat the other company. Jeff was true to his word, as well as being a very nice man. The 3 men, all with initials M.J. :) who came out to install the door did an excellent job, they were professional, and gave me all of the information I needed about the door. I would say they went above and beyond on this job fixing the door trim and making sure everything was perfect. Good experience, thank goodness. Even the people who answer the phone are nice!!

Matty P and Mike J were very helpful. Met them while I was going for a walk. They were fixing a door for a neighbor. I asked for a card and they did one better than that, they came to my home, assessed my garage. Not pushy and didn’t talk me into anything. Roy Davis was a good technician. However, he could not install the keypad. Something was wrong with it. It has been a week, and we have yet to hear when the keypad will be installed. Precision Door installed my new garage door, and I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with Matthew the installer, the product, and Precision Door.They did everything they said they would, they are very prompt, and knowledgeable about the product they sell and install. When I originally called Precision Door they had Jeff here the same day. Jeff told me it would take 4-6 weeks for the door to arrive and sure enough the door was here in 4 weeks.When Matthew arrived he introduced himself, and before he started he asked if I had any questions.After he finished he didn’t leave until I was completely satisfied and had no questions. Matthew also made sure he picked up any discarded materials and the garage was cleaned. Mike was amazing!!! Despite working alone and in the pouring rain, my garage door was installed in 3 hours...He took the time to explain proper care and maintenance (I had no idea) and offered some suggestions for when it is time to replace my (old) garage door opener.
