Hi, I HAD to write about my experience with your company! I needed the codes changed on my garage door. Bill was sent out to help me. He not only changed the codes but looked at the whole garage itself and quickly fixed some of the small issues I had. Not only was he professional but he was kind, easy to talk with and sensitive to my situation. It was like having a family member helping me. I will use your company again! Thank you!

I found Precision via Angie's List when I backed into my old, crappy needed to be replaced anyway door. What a professional bunch of people! The sales process was quick and easy. Installation day was only two days later on the coldest day of the year so far. The guys worked tirelessly with freezing fingers and no complaints. Each person knew what to do and when to do it. The door was installed flawlessly, tight to the frame and the lift was absolutely silent (pretty surprising for such a heavy door). We had a somewhat unusual opening, so they had to return with jamb seals, but they were right on time as promised and the job completed. I will also enter a response in Angie's list. All in all, 5 starts and a recommendation that you can't go wrong with Precision!
