We recently called Precision Overhead Garage Door Service when our current garage door sustained extensive wind damage. Their technician came out promptly, we mutually agreed that the door could not be repaired so I placed an order for the new door and opener at that time. It did take several weeks for the door to arrive, we were made aware of that right from the start. Travis Leader, one of their installers did the installation for us today and we are absolutely thrilled!!! Travis called me 30 minutes prior to his arrival, he did the work in the amount of time that he said it would take, he cleared away all of the debris and helped with the programming of the opener. He did all of this with a smile, his professionalism is greatly appreciated. I would recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service for all of your garage door and door opener needs.

I would highly recommend Precision Door. We had issues with our garage door opener, I called and Bob the Technician came out the same day. Very knowledgeable and professional. We decided to replace our very old wood 2 car garage door and opener. With Bob's recommendations we placed our order the end of June. The only reason I am not giving a full five stars is at the time of order, we were told the door would be replaced in 4 to 6 weeks. I had to make a call at the 6 week mark to inquire as to the status of our order. At that time I would told it would actually be 8 to 10 weeks. At the 10 week mark I received a phone call and the work was scheduled. Travis came out to install the door, opener and replaced everything. He was remarkably fast but highly competent, very friendly and professional. The work was completed to our satisfaction in a little over 4 hours.

As with mostly everyone, the suddenly loud and unexpected sound after closing the garage door brings immediate anxiety to the souls of our wallets! Having this occur during winter magnifies that feeling. This happened to my home recently... And knowing no one else to call I conducted an internet search and came across Precision Door. From the moment I first called them to the moment the technician left my home it was nothing but "world class service"! The customer service folks were friendly, professional and answered all my questions up front. I received a text and then a call from the technical Jeremy Pencils before he arrived. He arrived right on time and being a former Marine, being on time is essential! Jeremy assessed the situation and throughly went over the repair work. Provided some recommendations but was never pushy or tried to sell me anything extra. He arrived wearing PPE (essential during these times) and completed the work in about an hour I was extremely and completely satisfied with the customer service of this company, the professionalism of the technician and the quality of the work done! I would enthusiastically recommend Precision Door to anyone who needs any type of garage work. I will definitely call them again in the future when needed!

Excellent work and service! My garage door unexpectedly broke at 4:00 pm and wouldn’t open more than a foot. I called Precision and my call was answered immediately. Jeremy called back within 5 minutes after I scheduled service to say that he was on his way. He explained what needed to be done and obviously knew his stuff. He finished the job in less than an hour and a half and the door is actually working better than ever! Couldn’t be more satisfied with Precision. Highly recommend them!

I have used another service but thought I would try Precision based on the reviews. My tech Dan did a great job, neat and cleaned up. Explained everything. The only issue I had was a part that needed replacing but before I approved it was replaced and the cost was a lot more than what I could have replaced it for -about $180. Bill- Mgr. called me and stated he would adjust the cost. Bill is the reason I would recommend Precision over any other. Thanks Team.

I was definitely disappointed in the cost of the repair to my garage door. I will definitely look else where the next time I need my garage door repaired. Another thing that made me wary was the repair man kept saying the the repair is warranted for exactly 1 year not one day later which makes me wonder how long this repair will last. The cost was exorbitant will not use again.
Nancy, thank you for taking the time to review us. The option you chose to fix your door was the lowest cost option available, and competitive when compared to our competitors. Your door was purchased through another company and only 5 years old. The springs were broken. This is not a good indication of a high quality door. Our recommendation would be to upgrade to a better spring with a better warranty. I am confident the springs we put on your door will last longer than one year, however our recommendation would be to upgrade the existing parts on the door that we can tell will be an issue going forward.

Outstanding service! Service Tech Eric showed up only two-hours after I scheduled an appointment. He quickly diagnosed the problem of our garage door not closing properly. Eric expertly made necessary adjustments, took additional time to lubricate wheels and tracks and offered additional advice for preventive maintenance at no extra charge. Precision installed our garage door and opener approximate 8 years ago. To date, this is the only problem with this door and opener even though it was a result of normal repeated mechanical usage. The price was affordable and fair. TY Eric!!!

Daniel arrived quickly within the time mentioned to us. We decided not to repair the old opener that was 20 years old and had him install a new opener (PDS-800). He stated it would take about 90 minutes to dismantle the old one and install the new one, which seemed very quick to me! I think it took him even less to do it!! Unbelievable! He also showed us how to program our vehicle's factory remote. Very happy with the job and the technician. Thank you.!
