What a thing to happen, my garage door broke. Mike Holbok came over this morning to evaluate my door and give me insight into getting a new door. Moved into a new home to find the garage door opener from the 1970s wasn't functioning well. Had Precision come out for an estimate and ultimately the installation of a new opener. My service was performed by Mario, who called me in advance, arrived on time, explained all the options and completed the work. No mess, no problems. Mario was a great tech, knowledgeable and efficient. Definitely would recommend Precision, and Mario for any job.

After attempting to program new garage door remotes, we found that not only would they not work but our old ones now didn't work either. We called Precision on a Saturday afternoon and were pleased to get a person, not an answering machine. The serviceman came at the promised time on Monday and discovered that we'd bought the wrong remotes. He had the right kind in his vehicle, though, and very soon everything was programmed and working again. I would definitely recommend Precision.

I am 200% SATISFIED with PRECISION. Your company R E B U I L T my 55 year old garage door to perfection so it would match my second garage door. I dislike plastic or metal doors. The service that was provided was exceptional. I called late on Thursday and my problem was solved on Friday! I was given a time frame for when the serviceman would arrive and it was very timely. Everything was explained and recommendations were made. The project was completed in just over an hour with no mess and fuss. I would absolutely use you again!

Very pleased with our new garage door. Service was great. Came exactly at the time the appointment was set-up, Called the day before to reminds us of the installation. Very clean and fast installation. I love the window inserts that I had installed. Everything from getting an estimate, ordering the door and billing was superior. Even though the problem wasn't one that required immediate attention, it was nice being able to contact someone, schedule an appointment and get the problem taken care of without having the whole process drag on. The Technician was pleasant, curtious and knew his stuff. Unfortuately we needed a new garage door opener because the old one didn't comply with current safety standard, but the price was right and when I went online to review the make and model being offered it had excellent reviews. The technician installed the opener in less than two hours and was on his way. Efficient, pleasent and painless.

Ryan was professional and friendly. service was concluded two hours after I called to request a repair as the door was not rising smoothly. Ryan called, came out to assess and spoke to me on the phone, I didn't even need to come home from work. Precision took the blame for the needed repair and are replacing parts free of charge. Ryan was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the door while the parts are on order. I will certainly recommend precision to anyone looking for a garage door.

Mark came to my house and installed a garage door in no time. I thought I also needed an opener but Mark assured me my current opener worked just fine. He installed the door at the agreed upon price, was polite, courteous and worked very hard since I think I picked the hottest day of the year so far. I would definitely call on Mark again.
