I was very pleased with the entire process. I made the appointment early a.m. was surprised that they could come out that morning. Mike H showed up on time and really knows garage doors. The door was creaky and operating roughly, the torsion spring broke (after 30yrs). Mike inspected all the parts and made sure I understood there function. He then offered three levels of service / repair. He had all the parts with him and completed work in about 2hrs. The door works as good as new now, smooth and quiet. Of course the cost was a little more than I expected. I would highly recommend this company.
