I was very pleased with the entire process. I made the appointment early a.m. was surprised that they could come out that morning. Mike H showed up on time and really knows garage doors. The door was creaky and operating roughly, the torsion spring broke (after 30yrs). Mike inspected all the parts and made sure I understood there function. He then offered three levels of service / repair. He had all the parts with him and completed work in about 2hrs. The door works as good as new now, smooth and quiet. Of course the cost was a little more than I expected. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a new garage door opener put in which I knew I needed he was very professional and pleasant to work with. My brother recommended Precision, since he had them replace his garage door last spring. I can’t believe how quick they were able to come out. Mario was wonderful! Very courteous, friendly, and walked through all the options and what was wrong with the springs, etc. He had the job done in about an hour! I called up their office at 3PM, and had a new garage door opener is installed by 8:30pm the very same day. Mario, the technician, called ahead, arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the problems right away, explained the causes, and laid out all options, then went right to work. The old system was very noisy, and didn't even have the safety auto stop. Now, you can barely hear the door operating, even when standing right next to it! System comes with life time warranty, and includes two remotes, an outside keypad, and an inside wall control that doubles as a light switch, and has a 'vacation' switch (which can disable the remotes and outside unit, when you're away for extended periods of time).

We needed a new garage door opener and I had no idea who to go with. I decided to give Precision a try because they had the highest ratings across the sites I checked. I understand why they have good reviews. They came out the next day and arrived ON TIME! Rob was awesome! He measured the space he had to work with and explained what he would have to do before he moved forward. The price for the new Installer was fair and he even waited while I confirmed the price/job with my husband. Once everything was installed, he explained how it worked and even gave us tips for keeping our garage door working longer. I would recommend Precision to anyone. In fact, we are calling the Gutter Side of this company because the installation went so well. Thanks Precision!

I had a great experience with Precision. They were at my house within an hour of my call. Installed a new garage door opener and helped with selection of a new door (to be installed at a later date). Mario was the installer. He was great, easy to work with, polite, knowledgeable. Clearly he enjoys his job, like sworking for Precision, and I would gladly have him return To install the garage door when it arrives.
