gust 20th between 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. Patrick M did not show up until 12:30 I specifically told the lady when I made the appointment that I must be out of my house by noon for a golf date and Sheridan which I missed. I think you have to come up with a better communication system between the customer and the employee that's coming to the house I was told her there was a delay I would be called and I would have canceled my appointment for a different date but I ended up canceling my golf outing which I'm not happy about but it all ended okay Patrick was very courteous and professional and I am having a new garage door installed in 4 to 6 weeks

However, I was so impressed with Rob, the tech, that I feel he deserves praise for the manner in which he conducted himself as he explained what needed to be done for my garage door to operate at peak performance. Five minutes! That's how long it took Mario to diagnose my garage door problem when a competitor couldn't figure it out even after several hours. I first went with one of the larger if not the largest outfit. They said it was the logic board. But, following installation and after almost three hours, the tech was unsuccessful in reprograming the remotes or the key pad. (I truly felt so bad for this tech as I strongly suspect he was not properly trained) Then I had to put up with condescending customer support, unempathetic upper brass together with what I later learned was the installation of an eight year old logic board that either wasn't working or was incorrectly installed. Such unnecessary grief. Intuitively, I knew it was a simple issue but it needed someone with experience to focus in on the problem. I found a five star rating for Precision on line and Mario came within 15 minutes of my phone call to the office (I got lucky) and solved the problem with a brand new (not eight year old) logic board (which he had on his truck) and easily reprogrammed the remotes and key pad. Checked the tension and give me advice on how to care for the garage door etc. Here and gone in about 45 minutes. Came with a sincere smile, kind disposition and was clearly well trained. You know those people you're lucky to come across when needed who answer your questions even before you ask them? Those people are assets in any organization. That's Mario. Mark Giangreco

We recently had an issue where our garage door broke at 5 pm. I was able to call Precision, as a new customer, and get a same day appointment. The tech, Barry, arrived right at the start of our service window and was incredibly helpful. He explained what the issues were and what had to be replaced, as well as what should be replaced but didn’t have to be. He explained what our last repair company did that could have been done differently to prevent this from happening. Barry quickly made the repairs and was on his way. I will definitely be using Precision for any future repairs. 5 stars all the way from the staff on the phone to the repair tech.

Mr. Geary, I am so pleased with the service I have received from your company and your technician Pat Murrett that I will surely keep your phone number handy for the future and make sure my family and friends know the good service I received. It started from the call I made at 8:30 Sat. am and was told that I could expect service between 9:00 - 11:00. At around 9:30 Pat called and said that he would be at the house in 20 min. When he arrived he immediately diagnosed the problem and made the the best most economical repair recommendation. Originally called as a repair when my old garage door opener literally went up in smoke. Mark, my service tech, was at my home about an hour and a half after I called. He went over options, including repair, and I decided to buy a new opener. It was important that the new one work with my car's HomeLink system. Mark said there was a good chance it would, but no way to guarantee it. I asked if we could plug the unit in before installing to test it. He did, it worked, and he had it installed in just under an hour. Courteous, professional, fast. A different company I called first said there was no guarantee of HomeLink compatibility, no way to test it even if I brought my car to their facility to test with a unit there, and they couldn't come out for a week and a half. I've replaced them in my contact list with Precision.

I was watching TV and saw a commercial for Precision. Our garage door that we bought from Hamburg Overhead Door in 1999 was in serious need of repair. Since they wanted to charge us to look at it, we decided they didn't stand behind their product so knowing we would need to buy a new door we called Precision. One of the best decisions we made. Door is beautiful, quiet and the service/installation team were professional and friendly.
