I was watching TV and saw a commercial for Precision. Our garage door that we bought from Hamburg Overhead Door in 1999 was in serious need of repair. Since they wanted to charge us to look at it, we decided they didn't stand behind their product so knowing we would need to buy a new door we called Precision. One of the best decisions we made. Door is beautiful, quiet and the service/installation team were professional and friendly. They showed me everything about the door and I felt they were committed to a great product and certainly great service. Thank you Precision!

Mario was outstanding. He was prompt, courteous, pleasant and efficient. He certainly deserves a five star rating. My only disappointment was that I selected Precision because your advertisement stated that repairs were available immediately. Unfortunately, my door failed to work on a Sunday morning and I had to wait 48 hours until you could send Mario.

5 star ! Mike Holbock was our technician and we couldn't be more please. Mike was courteous and skilled at assessing our garage door issues without pushing additional , unnecessary parts or services. His repair, although not simple was perfect and his customer communication skills were spot on. We will definitely request Mike in the future, we know this company will want to keep this skilled employee. If your garage door is in need, run don't walk to your phone and request Mike Holbok. Originally called as a repair when my old garage door opener literally went up in smoke. Mark, my service tech, was at my home about an hour and a half after I called. He went over options, including repair, and I decided to buy a new opener. It was important that the new one work with my car's HomeLink system. Mark said there was a good chance it would, but no way to guarantee it. I asked if we could plug the unit in before installing to test it. He did, it worked, and he had it installed in just under an hour. Courteous, professional, fast. A different company I called first said there was no guarantee of HomeLink compatibility, no way to test it even if I brought my car to their facility to test with a unit there, and they couldn't come out for a week and a half. I've replaced them in my contact list with Precision.
