Your technicians were very professional and took the time to review the problems with the existing garage door and made several recommendations. They informed me that the new garage door would take 4 weeks before installation and secured the existing damaged door to prevent an accident. I felt confident with Rob Dressler and his associate that a new OH door was necessary.and further bids were not necessary.

The technician was wonderful. I have a very old garage and needed a track fixed. He fixed the track and tuned up both doors. He gave me a very reasonable price for new doors but did not pressure me which I really appreciated. I will definitely go back to Precision and ask for the same technician when I decide to get new doors.

Robert D was excellent. Gave us 3 options to repair our garage. This gave us an opportunity to choose what best fit our budget. He was very thorough explaining the problem. Also, gave a tip on yearly maintenance that we could do ourselves to prevent further problems. I wish I called Precision when we had the new door installed. I am going to tell as many people as I can about the great service received.

When we woke up in the morning to a broken garage door I went to Google and your company came up first. I was very impressed with your reviews so I called. The service rep that took my call was very professional answered my questions and made me feel very at ease. The tech then called me hours before he was to arrive as he was running early, answered all my questions knowing I wasn't going to be home. Once he arrived he assessed the situation and gave me 3 options. I chose the best one that I thought was the best suggestion from the tech and the tech also felt good about my choice. He finished the job in under an hour called me and went over everything and I came home to a completely clean-up garage mess.
