Rob called before coming and showed up when he said he would. The job was completed in the first hour of the two hour window that they gave to show up. He explained what I needed and fixed my door in under the time that he said it would take in a friendly and professional manner. Just happened to see him at my neighbors earlier this week and can't be happier that I stopped to ask for an estimate.

When we woke up in the morning to a broken garage door I went to Google and your company came up first. I was very impressed with your reviews so I called. The service rep that took my call was very professional answered my questions and made me feel very at ease. The tech then called me hours before he was to arrive as he was running early, answered all my questions knowing I wasn't going to be home. Once he arrived he assessed the situation and gave me 3 options. I chose the best one that I thought was the best suggestion from the tech and the tech also felt good about my choice. He finished the job in under an hour called me and went over everything and I came home to a completely clean-up garage mess. I was extremely happy with your company, your service, your tech, and your prices.

Garage door end cable snapped die to rusting, and door swung and twisted opposite end track. Found website with 5 star rating and 24 hour service. Called # and operator was very courteous and placed us on schedule for early next morning. Technician arrived and assessed situation and offered 3 options with respective costs. Work completed within prescribed time frame and door operates smoother and quieter than before. Very satisfied!

Sam did an excellent job. The logic board went on my liftmaster opener and Sam diagnosed the problem in an efficient manner. He did not try to sell me a new opener, but rather I inquired as to the lifespan of a typical opener and we discussed my options. I decided to order a new opener through Precision and am very satisfied with my decision as well as the service provided by Sam and the entire team at Precision. Thanks!

Precision gets 5-stars! I accidentally had a run-in with my garage door and the garage door won. Within seconds of my call with the friendly customer service representative, Karen, a dispatch call was made to the technician and Mark, the technician and installer was calling me to say he was on his way. Now THAT is customer service! I couldn't even dry my tears fast enough before he was at my home. Not only was the repair reasonable but his professionalism and caring customer service made me feel better about my silly accident. If it's customer service, quality and a good price you're looking for, Precision is the way to go! Great job all around!

Sam was our technician and we couldn't have been more pleased. He was fantastic. The spring on our garage door had broken and we were told the technician would arrive between 12pm-4pm. Sam called at 10:40am to say he was on his way! When he arrived he assessed the problem and presented us with our options. He was very thorough in explaining the operation of the door and presented us with three options. At no time did we feel pressured or hurried and he thoroughly answered all of our questions. We bought the house 5 months ago and the door was contractor grade and already had significant rust at the bottom and really should have two springs instead of just the one it had. After being presented the repair options, I asked Same out of curiosity what it would cost to replace everything. Sam's job is to repair doors but he did a terrific job of going over the replacement options with us as well. This guy knows his stuff and could easily sell doors as well as repair them. Precision, I hope you are reading this because this guy deserves a raise or at least commission on our door!! It was in our best interest to just do a total replacement because of the shape our existing door was in. Sam processed our whole order and still repaired our door for us so that we would have it's function while we wait for the new door to arrive and be installed!! Some other company simply could have said that we would have to live with the broken door until the new one arrived. Not Precision! They included it in the purchase price of the new door and will just take the parts back when the new one was installed. Sam's completed the work with great ease and speed. He is truly an asset to this company and we will tell anyone who needs garage door work to call Precision and ask for him.

I saw their commercial on tv the night before my spring broke on the garage door and decided to call them. I called at 8:00 in the morning and was told they would be here between 8 and 12. At 8:15 their technician Pat called to let me know he was on his way. He was here at 8:40 with a smile, great attitude and very friendly. He gave me 3 options and prices. Pat replaced my springs, rollers, cables and bar. He was absolutely amazing as was the girl that scheduled it. I highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking to have anything done with garage doors. Very prompt, efficient, friendly and smooth transaction. Mike H was the first technician to come out . He diagnosed the problem & made a repair to the track & roller even though the door was old & obsolete & that company no longer in business! After talking with Mike I realized this was going to be a continuing problem. (This was the 2 nd time a roller broke off &caused havoc ) . A new door was ordered . The 2 techs that came out to install the door were Matt & Travis . They could not have been any nicer . The service was excellent. They were prompt ,neat & informative. ( Besides they laughed at my dumb jokes) . They both are an asset to your business ! I will highly recommend your company !! 5 Stars !!
