Rob was very personable and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and assured me that he was just a phone call away if I had any further questions or concerns. I am glad that he will be available for service calls on Saturdays. He tuned up garage door and made some adjustments after contractors forced open garage door. I was worried about significant damage to door, but to my relief that was not the case. The quality of service as well as the product itself are exceptional. Thank you.

We have had the overhead garage door since December of 2012, and we never had any problems with it. A week or so ago, some careless worker did something and the door would not open. We called Precision Door Service and they came right away and fixed it in less than half an hour. I would highly recommend Precision Door!

We appreciated working with Anthony to select our new wooden garage doors. He was very patient as we took care to select the right stain. Our doors were installed today by Ryan and Robert who worked long and diligently to assure they were installed correctly in our older brick garage. They were very courteous and respected our property. We were also pleased that Anthony was on site during some of the installation. A secondary crew also arrived later to assist. All in all, we were very happy with our experience.

Amazing job! Marvelous products! The guys were wonderful...every little thing was cleaned up when they left. The doors are just what the house needed. Why did we choose your company? You gave us an estimate on a Saturday...the salesman was knowledgeable and honest about your products as well as what the other guys offer...your pricing is absolutely fair. Two new garage doors that are quiet, efficient AND gorgeous...what more could we ask !

I had an issue with the j-bar (hockey stick thing) connecting to the top panel (top panel bolts were getting ripped out) with an older garage door. Called you guys and someone was out in under 3 hours. The technician, Mike Holbok, was great. He explained that I needed a new door but did manage to attach a new steal slotted angle to keep the jbar from ripping off the top of the garage door in the mean time. Mike, you need a raise!

Fast, no hassle and no upsell. The tech was very friendly and professional. He only did the work needed and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. I hated needing a repair, but it was a pleasure to work with this company! A+

I was extremely pleased with the service from Precision. From the pleasant helpful receptionist on the phone to meeting and working with my technician Patrick. I was delighted that they could accommodate my request for help within 24 hours even though it was a Sunday!! It was extra comforting that they sent photos of the service techs ahead by email so I could feel safe. Bravo!! Great company- I love I'll call them again and recommend to my family and friends.

The guys called to say they were on their way and arrived on time. They did an unbelievable job removing a 50 year old plus door which was difficult and dangerous to say the least. New door looks great and quieter than any door we have ever had. The only company I will ever call for my needs.

Precision stands by there product and work. Had a spring repaired in 2012, spring broke and Precision was out within a few hours of my call to change to an even heavier duty spring but with their 5 yr warranty it didn't cost me anything for the new spring. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

Robert was very polite and helpful in explaining what the problem was regarding the door. A previous garage door company installed a new garage door (about 6 months ago) and did a faulty job. Old parts were used in the installment. Your technician corrected the problem. I would definitely refer your company.

My 16 yo daughter pulled out of the garage a little soon. She was selecting her music for her ride. Unfortunately, the garage door was only half way up and she smashed into it. Precision door services was there in less then an hour even though I did not request an emergency call. The technician who came was completely professional and cost conscious. He evaluated the situation and made adjustments. He was able to "save the door" and tracking system. He recommended reinforcements but did not try to nickel and dime me for an absurd amount. I was so happy with his professionalism and workmanship. I would absolutely recommend this company. The technician really tried to work with me to make my garage door functional and safe. I understood everything that he was explaining and why he recommended certain reinforcements. Now on to repair the car. LOL

I am very surprised at the quick response. I called on Sunday around 3pm and Technician Patrick was here on Monday 8am and he installed the door opener within 2 hours. Good job, Patrick was courteous and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who wanted to install door opener. Price was reasonable for the quality of the equipment & service provided.
