Ashley was very CustomerCentric when I called to make an appointment. She understood that I needed an early morning service delivery due to my work schedule and that it was important as my garage door would not automatically close. Mike came as promised early in the morning and fixed the door as well as made reasonable recommendations on preventive maintenance. Precision came highly recommended by a friend and in turn I would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking for garage door repairs.

I was completely satisfied with the installation of my garage door opener. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. My new opener replaced one that needed parts no longer available. Old opener and debris was cleaned up and taken away. Very satisfied with my choice of Precision Door Service.

My technician Robert was awesome! When my wife and I got home today we hit the garage door opener and it opened 2 feet and stopped. Going inside I noticed the spring had broke. I called Precision Door and they said they would be there tonight! Between 4 and 8. Robert showed up about 30 minutes later and had my door fixed in less than 30 minutes. He was extremely informative and friendly and perhaps most importantly competent. The spring he used had a obvious quality that the sping that broke did not. I have confidence it will last a long time and in fact has a great warranty to back it up. It was not properly installed by another company and he clearly explained what he was going to do fix that and why. My garage door has never worked better. My wife and I are thrilled. Its something as simple as a garage door that you take for granted until it doesn't work anymore. Thank you Precision door and especially Robert for your superior "Precision" service!

What a superb customer service experience. Within minutes (less than 5) I had an email acknowledgement come to my "smarty phone" confirming my request for service, the name of the Service Technician (Robert P.) being dispatched, and what time he could be expected. Robert P. arrived on-site in just over a half-hour (35 mins). Besides just replacing the torsion springs, Robert pointed out (diagnosed) seized rollers and a buckling door panel that were causing "undue" stress to the garage door opener system. (The garage door is 23 years old) - Robert's service was prompt, courteous, and most importantly - competent. Mr. Anthony Paruta, take a bow - it is no wonder your business is expanding while many businesses today are singing the "business is bad blues". 5 Star recommendation "plus". Many thanks!

Five star rating. Tried several of your competitors and got nowhere. Your man made a new lock for an old door fit and work so quickly. Price was reasonable. He had extra drilling to do. YOUR TECH WAS HERE WITHIN A FEW HOURS AFTER I CALLED FOR SERVICE. ROBERT DID A GREAT JOB REPAIRING WIRING CHEWED INTO BY A SQUIREL. HE ALSO CHECKED THE BATTERY BACKUP. BATTERY WAS DEAD, ORDERED NEW ONE WHICH I WOULD LIKE HIM TO INSTALL WHEN RECEIVED. VERY PLEASED WITH YOUR SERVICE.

I called Precision- on a Friday before a holiday- as my garage door completely became detached by the wire that pulls it up and down. I was told they would be out sometime between 6 and 8. I was very surprised when they showed up at 605. The technician was extremely friendly and professional. He explained my options and the door was fixed within the hour. Excellent and speedy customer service!!!!!

The service man from Precision who came out was appropriately dressed, on time, professional, and an absolte WHIZ! It turned out that our key pad was obsolete, but he knew what to do. Ordinarily we don't write reviews, but this was a truly positive experience for less money than other companies quoted. We highly reccommend this company and especially this technician.

Originally Robert Dressler came out to replace the springs. After he pointed out all the rust, cables starting to fail and the cheap motor, we realized we really needed to purchase everything new. 5 stars for certain. Service within 12 hours on a weekend. Service Tech was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Did repair (replacement of tension springs) inside of 20-25 minutes. Payment by credit card on tablet was easy. I've never been more satisfied paying for a service because I know it was necessary for long term as opposed to a band aid and I truly appreciatiated the council & service.
