The service technician arrived as scheduled and promptly identified the problem - the lift cable on one side had come off the roller/pulley. He suggested replacing both cables as they were quite thin, and replaced them with nice substantial cables. He also lubed everything and gave me good maintenance suggestions. A 12 out of 10 rating!!!

This company was great! I had an urgent need, found them online. They came out and did the work the same day, and it's Christmas week! They were cordial on phone, pleasant, and respectful. They gave me the persons name who would show up, which made me feel more secure, and gave me a time they would show up, and only a 2 hour window. I received a call when they were on their way, and received follow up calls/updates as need during the work completion. I highly recommend and would use them again. Thanks! You are just great! Mark was my service guy and very easy to work with. 5****** in my book :)

Torsion spring snapped on return home late on a Friday night. Checked Yellow Pages of phone book and noted advertising of 24/7 service. Made the call around 10:30 PM and was shocked to talk with a real person. Scheduled repair, and it was completed before I had breakfast Saturday morning (9:30 AM). The service technician, Mark Carberry, was excellent and very professional.

We have had the overhead garage door since December of 2012, and we never had any problems with it. A week or so ago, some careless worker did something and the door would not open. We appreciated working with Anthony to select our new wooden garage doors. He was very patient as we took care to select the right stain. Our doors were installed today by Ryan and Robert who worked long and diligently to assure they were installed correctly in our older brick garage. They were very courteous and respected our property. We were also pleased that Anthony was on site during some of the installation. A secondary crew also arrived later to assist. All in all, we were very happy with our experience.

I had an issue with the j-bar (hockey stick thing) connecting to the top panel (top panel bolts were getting ripped out) with an older garage door. Called you guys and someone was out in under 3 hours. The technician, Mike Holbok, was great. He explained that I needed a new door but did manage to attach a new steal slotted angle to keep the jbar from ripping off the top of the garage door in the mean time. Mike, you need a raise!
