Couldn't believe how great and easy this process was. I had Mike H as my technician and the guy was great. Totally fast, great work, professional etc... all of that in the middle (what I thought was sure to be the end) of his daily route - all in 15 degree weather !!!! Only way it could've been better was to have it done for free, but in reality (based on the experience and Mike), I would've paid double. Thanks!!!!!!

Your service tech Mike H was very professional and courteous, in explaining the problems with our existing garage door and informing my wife and I of all the options we had. In the end we choose to install a new garage door, operator and whatever else it needed. The service man appeared during the stated times. He looked at and replaced the cables one of which was frayed. He worked quickly. He gave me suggestions regarding lubrication that might reduce the stress on the cables. The door installed in 2009 was still under warranty, so there was no charge for parts or labor.
