Couldn't believe how great and easy this process was. I had Mike H as my technician and the guy was great. Totally fast, great work, professional etc... all of that in the middle (what I thought was sure to be the end) of his daily route - all in 15 degree weather !!!! Only way it could've been better was to have it done for free, but in reality (based on the experience and Mike), I would've paid double. Thanks!!!!!!

In the end we choose to install a new garage door, operator and whatever else it needed. The service man appeared during the stated times. He looked at and replaced the cables one of which was frayed. He worked quickly. He gave me suggestions regarding lubrication that might reduce the stress on the cables. The door installed in 2009 was still under warranty, so there was no charge for parts or labor.

Took advantage of a special they were running on a garage door tune up. Work order scheduled in a timely manner with communication via email and phone calls up to an hour before technician arrived. Technician was professional, courteous and appreciative of my business. My door is working better than the day it was installed and a competitive fee was charged that I feel was fair.
