Your service tech Mike H was very professional and courteous, in explaining the problems with our existing garage door and informing my wife and I of all the options we had. In the end we choose to install a new garage door, operator and whatever else it needed. Mike went to great length to explain these options to us and was not at all pushing us to install new instead of making multiple repairs.Again we are very happy we choose your company. The service man appeared during the stated times. He looked at and replaced the cables one of which was frayed. He worked quickly. He gave me suggestions regarding lubrication that might reduce the stress on the cables. The door installed in 2009 was still under warranty, so there was no charge for parts or labor.

Took advantage of a special they were running on a garage door tune up. Work order scheduled in a timely manner with communication via email and phone calls up to an hour before technician arrived. Technician was professional, courteous and appreciative of my business. My door is working better than the day it was installed and a competitive fee was charged that I feel was fair.
