Words cannot describe how grateful I am with the people at precision garage door my garage door broke in the middle of the night I went on their website and did a chat now discussion and within minutes I was scheduled for a repair the next day within a two-hour time frame the technician named Bob was on time courteous extremely knowledgeable and had the repair done in no time he gave me three options to choose from and thoroughly explained what each option entailed. And what was even more impressive I had the door installed buy a different local company from Hamburg. Unfortunately I was not pleased with the workmanship and or the customer service from that company so I chose to call precision door and I know that I made the right choice. I highly recommend this company and the service man Bob who went above and beyond to explain what I needed and reassured me that if I needed anything else to please do not hesitate to call. If I could give 10 Stars I would thank you again!!

I contacted Precision because I needed service to be completed on my garage door. My sister, who just had a new door installed at her home, highly recommended them. When setting up the appointment, the assistant was very kind and courteous. The work I requested was to replace the rubber striping on the bottom of door and a tune-up. On date of service, Eric Bruton contacted me to advise he was on his way. Upon arrival, Eric and I talked about the door and the issue and wanted to know what my expectations of him would be. Upon completion, he went over everything he did and no mess was left behind. He did an excellent job, was knowledgeable and courteous. Going forward, I will using Precision for all my garage door needs.

Eric the technician called at 7:40 and advised that he would be arriving in 20 mins which was perfect because the window for service was 8-10 a.m. He arrived on time spoke with me regarding our issues with our garage door opener, performed an inspection and proceeded to give us our options to address those issues. This was done without any pressure, there was no hard sell. We decided to replace our ancient garage door opener and to get new rollers and ball bearings. He completed the job in less than 2 hours all the while being courteous, polite and very patient while answering my many questions. It was a pleasure working with Eric and we now have an amazingly efficient and much quieter functioning garage door.

Rob Dressler was great to deal with. He sized up the repair that I previously failed at doing, told me what was needed, what could be improved, and presented different options without any pressure. He was able to make the needed repairs on the spot quickly and told me a maintenance idea for prolonging the bottom of my older door, that is prone to weather related rust. Put in a call because a spring and its cables failed on our garage door. We were told that someone would be out on Saturday between 8am and 12pm to give a quote. Your tech, Daniel Sayre, called at about 7:40, said he'd be arriving at 8am, and showed up right on the dot. I have to say that he was one of the friendliest and straightforward service techs I've ever dealt with. I read a bunch of reviews before calling and decided to give this company a shot - i reviews are amazingly accurate - i called about 12:30 Eric was here by 2 - he tried everything he could to fix our issue without having to change the motor , unfortunately that didn’t work , so he left and i called about 5 minutes later to say we were going to install the new motor - he was back before 4pm and did a fantastic job , explained all of the options , wasn’t pushy and was completely transparent- he did a fantastic job installing new sensors , new springs , new motor, keypad etc. i will recommend to anyone in need of assistance

I called Precision because my garage door springs had snapped. Mario Umbach was dispatched to my house and arrived right on time. Mario assessed the situation and advised me on my repair options. I’ve had the pleasure of speaking with your online chat representative at 4 AM on a Monday, your scheduling staff for Cheektowaga (716-272-1124) later Monday morning, and especially your service personnel at my home on Wednesday. * I chose to have the work performed 2 days after my call to the scheduler, for my convenience, knowing that you indeed would have been at my home within hours had I needed it. Thank you. Having been a Facility Manager at a major manufacturing, sales, and warehouse facility for 12 years, I know ‘quality’ when I see it! I am quite impressed with the actions and capabilities of your employees: including those ‘live’ online, those involved directly in the scheduling service, and the on-site Service/Sales personnel I met today, Eric Bruton. and his teammate Scott. The scheduling person I spoke to was on top of her game, spoke succinctly, and recited back to me the information I presented, so as to be sure she had everything she needed of me. I often find it difficult to understand many individuals on the telephone, so I especially appreciate her being well-spoken, efficient, and professional. I applaud your initiative for keeping your vehicles well-functioning (stocked and ready to go), and visually outstanding with the perfect vehicle wrap design. Having sharp, clean, newer vehicles of course speaks volumes for any company. Your website was very professionally done: It provided me with all the information I’d needed to arrange for somewhat urgent service to repair a double garage door that had fallen off track, detaching the lift cables, and was left hanging awkwardly. Recognizing that it was time for professionals to take charge, I left it safely suspended with heavy ropes and called for an appointment. To me it appeared the job would involve a lot of work for two capable technicians, so I appreciate that your technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, team-orientated, clearly dedicated to serving the customer, and that they performed the job so quickly. Specifically, regarding the work at my home, Eric Bruton discussed the options of repair versus replacement. I decided to purchase a new door and hardware, but needed the door in a usable condition immediately, to protect the contents inside the garage. The crew of two repaired the door in less than 2 hours utilizing most of the old components, thus keeping the cost down. With the proper tools on hand, and the skills of the technicians, the track was straightened, and the torsion springs, cables and pulleys were reconnected and adjusted perfectly. Voila; the door was all set for a couple of months. A few weeks waiting for the new door is most agreeable. What’s a few weeks of waiting, when a complete new door, at an excellent price I must say, will be custom manufactured and installed soon. I was happy to pay the service/repair fee, for once the work was completed, the old door worked well enough to last quite a while. Though the repair cost was unexpectedly low, and the repaired door worked fairly well, I thought it would be best to install a new door for appearance sake, and to keep the garage protected for another 20 years. The cost of the new door, installed, was very reasonable, so I placed a down payment Immediately. Please relay my thanks to your inside associates who may have been involved, and particularly to the technicians for a job well done.
