We decided to purchase our new garage door and opener from Precision after evaluating estimates and experiences with 2 other local companies, one of which said the job couldn't be done. Precision's materials and warranty were superior to the others and expert installation (a week earlier than projected)matched company standard for professionalism. Installers Travis and partner (Boris?) called 10 minutes before arrival as promised and completed a challenging installation (garage is 80+ years old and "settled") in about 3 1/2 hours as predicted. Could not be happier with Precision. Customer phone service is superb as well. AAAAA+++++

Our technician, Eric did a great job in a short amount of time. Dispatcher gave us a window from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, and Eric was here at 11:20 am, after calling at 11:00 to let us know he was on his way. Job was finished in less than an hour. Very pleased with my experiences with Precision. After a sent a request online for a service call, I received a phone call with an hour, and a repair truck was on the way the same day. Words cannot describe how grateful I am with the people at precision garage door my garage door broke in the middle of the night I went on their website and did a chat now discussion and within minutes I was scheduled for a repair the next day within a two-hour time frame the technician named Bob was on time courteous extremely knowledgeable and had the repair done in no time he gave me three options to choose from and thoroughly explained what each option entailed. And what was even more impressive I had the door installed buy a different local company from Hamburg. Unfortunately I was not pleased with the workmanship and or the customer service from that company so I chose to call precision door and I know that I made the right choice. I highly recommend this company and the service man Bob who went above and beyond to explain what I needed and reassured me that if I needed anything else to please do not hesitate to call. I contacted Precision because I needed service to be completed on my garage door. My sister, who just had a new door installed at her home, highly recommended them. When setting up the appointment, the assistant was very kind and courteous. The work I requested was to replace the rubber striping on the bottom of door and a tune-up. On date of service, Eric Bruton contacted me to advise he was on his way. Upon arrival, Eric and I talked about the door and the issue and wanted to know what my expectations of him would be. Upon completion, he went over everything he did and no mess was left behind. He did an excellent job, was knowledgeable and courteous. Going forward, I will using Precision for all my garage door needs.

Eric the technician called at 7:40 and advised that he would be arriving in 20 mins which was perfect because the window for service was 8-10 a.m. He arrived on time spoke with me regarding our issues with our garage door opener, performed an inspection and proceeded to give us our options to address those issues. This was done without any pressure, there was no hard sell. We decided to replace our ancient garage door opener and to get new rollers and ball bearings. He completed the job in less than 2 hours all the while being courteous, polite and very patient while answering my many questions. It was a pleasure working with Eric and we now have an amazingly efficient and much quieter functioning garage door.

Rob Dressler was great to deal with. He sized up the repair that I previously failed at doing, told me what was needed, what could be improved, and presented different options without any pressure. He was able to make the needed repairs on the spot quickly and told me a maintenance idea for prolonging the bottom of my older door, that is prone to weather related rust. He encouraged me to call back if I encountered any problems.

Put in a call because a spring and its cables failed on our garage door. We were told that someone would be out on Saturday between 8am and 12pm to give a quote. Your tech, Daniel Sayre, called at about 7:40, said he'd be arriving at 8am, and showed up right on the dot. I have to say that he was one of the friendliest and straightforward service techs I've ever dealt with. He evaluated the situation, gave us all the options, and then had all the requested work done in under two hours. I will definitely be recommending you guys to anyone who needs garage door work done. I read a bunch of reviews before calling and decided to give this company a shot - i reviews are amazingly accurate - i called about 12:30 Eric was here by 2 - he tried everything he could to fix our issue without having to change the motor , unfortunately that didn’t work , so he left and i called about 5 minutes later to say we were going to install the new motor - he was back before 4pm and did a fantastic job , explained all of the options , wasn’t pushy and was completely transparent- he did a fantastic job installing new sensors , new springs , new motor, keypad etc. i will recommend to anyone in need of assistance
