Eric, the service tech, came a few hours after our call for service for a broken spring. He presented options for repairing or replacing with a new door. Given the age of our old heavy wooden door, we opted to order a new steel door. Eric then proceeded to do an interim repair that allowed us to use the existing door. Eric explained things very clearly and answered all of our questions. Thank you!

Nice and easy to deal with, called and had a repair tech (Mike) at my house in less than two hours...even received a call from Mike informing me when he'd be there, and showed up within a minute of when he said he would. Mike presented me with my options for the repair, and did the job as expected, nice and quick. When it's time for a new door purchase, Ill be coming back to Precision.

Our door had been ‘fixed’ a year ago so when it broke this time and I was able to see what had been done, I knew I wasn’t calling the same place again. The reviews and ratings on Precision’s site made me feel the service would be backed up. Our technician, Rob, was very pleasant and accommodating. He explained what was going on and offered options for the repair as well as advice on how to maintain the door. We were sure he was a good man when our German Shepherd went straight to him without barking.

Biro (Sorry, I'm not sure of the spelling his name) displayed total knowledge of my problem. He demonstrated, to me, how the springs currently on the opener were responsible for the motor failure. The cost of the repair was more than I had anticipated, however, I am confident that the work he did was necessary. The door now opens and closes smoother and quieter than the day we moved into our newly built home. (5 stars)

I called Precision when my garage door was not working. Wow! I got an appointment for the same day and a worker was here a couple hours later. He found the problem and went over all the things I should check if it happens again and checked out everything and lubricated everything so it is much quieter now. The worker (sorry I forgot his name) was polite, courteous and efficient. Thank You.

I have a garage door that misses a remote. Contacted Precision and the technician (Michael Anna) arrived on the same day. Programmed a new remote and fixed an old wire issue. Reasonable price and very professional!

Collin was a fine young man and let us know the full problems with our very old system. He gave us an estimate how much it would cost to make it like new, but the door is very old. So in the end, we decided to invest in a new door. We are very please with his service.

Matt from the service department was here as scheduled, and repaired the problem in a short time. He was here for the original installation, and was both friendly & professional. I had never used Precision before. My usual company were unwilling to come for 3 days, so I called Precision due to their ad stating emergency same day services. I received a prompt call back, and they were at house within a little more than an hour. It turned out to be a major issue, and I wa given 3 options. I ended up with the most expensive one because it seemed to make sense. Door is far quieter than when it was news. Serviceman was courteious and professional. I am very pleased with results
