Online reviews were very positive. Appointment was arranged within two days. Overall a great experience from the initial office phone call to the arrival of the technician. Service was scheduled for a garage door tune-up and a question on how to repair a sizable gap under one side of the door. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained that the gap was not a garage door issue but was caused by a new floor that was not properly leveled. He suggested a temporary solution until the repairs can be made to the garage floor. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends and family.

Precision Door was recommended through Home Advisor. My garage door would not open this weekend. I was contacted by 9am on Monday, and an appointment was made for the same afternoon. Eric Bruton came to my home, assessed the issue, and wrote up 3 proposals, explaining everything to me. The work was completed in less than 2 hours. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I was very happy with the service I received.

I had my garage door serviced on Saturday. I had originally called for a garage door opener to be installed, little did I know you need to have the door serviced on occasion. I have been in my home for 15 years and never had anyone check it and I have no idea how long it had been before that. Bob Dressler did the service on my garage door and he was very knowledgeable and pleasant. I am very happy with the service that was completed. I will definitely recommend you to anyone who asks. I had some broken springs in my garage door. So I had them replaced and also had it tuned up and the rollers replaced. I am completely satisfied with the scheduling, promptness of visit, and the work performed. Outstanding all around. The garage door is SO much quieter than it was before. Night and day difference after the tune up. Eric was my technician and he arrived punctual. He was very professional and friendly. It was a great experience all around. I definitely recommend !

Garage door rollers rusted a couple broken one cable. Work was done just right.the way he worked made it clear he was very knowledgeable and maneuvered parts out and replaced them fast a smoothly. Would rate 5 stars

I chose Precision mainly because of its good reputation, but also because they provide good service. I called Precision at 6:45 in the morning and I actually spoke to a person not a machine. The technician was at my house at 8:45 a.m. Besides being very polite, he was very thorough and explained what was wrong in a way I could understand it. Unfortunately, I needed a new door, but in no way did he influence me in any way. He let me make my own decision. For a rating, I would give him five stars...

Service was exceptional. Door was repaired and parts updated.. Service Provider went above and beyond. Door was off track and parts needing replacement, as well as need to climb in garage window to gain access.
