Excellent service! Needed a tech to come-out an diagnose opener problem after storm/power outage. Dan gave me a call 15 minutes before he was supposed to arrive saying that he was on his way and would be there at scheduled time. He was able to diagnose the problem and repair within a half-hour, and that was with completing the entire safety inspection. Would very much recommend Precision Door.

I could not be happier. I called this morning (the day before Thanksgiving) and the woman said that someone could come today. By 10:30a.m. a tech was here and installed a new opener for us. Completely done in one hour. The tech was very professional and friendly.

Online reviews were very positive. Appointment was arranged within two days. Overall a great experience from the initial office phone call to the arrival of the technician. Service was scheduled for a garage door tune-up and a question on how to repair a sizable gap under one side of the door. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained that the gap was not a garage door issue but was caused by a new floor that was not properly leveled. He suggested a temporary solution until the repairs can be made to the garage floor. I would definitely recommend Precision to my friends and family.

Precision Door was recommended through Home Advisor. My garage door would not open this weekend. I was contacted by 9am on Monday, and an appointment was made for the same afternoon. Eric Bruton came to my home, assessed the issue, and wrote up 3 proposals, explaining everything to me. The work was completed in less than 2 hours. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions. I was very happy with the service I received.

I had my garage door serviced on Saturday. I had originally called for a garage door opener to be installed, little did I know you need to have the door serviced on occasion. I had some broken springs in my garage door. So I had them replaced and also had it tuned up and the rollers replaced. I am completely satisfied with the scheduling, promptness of visit, and the work performed. Outstanding all around. The garage door is SO much quieter than it was before. Night and day difference after the tune up. Eric was my technician and he arrived punctual. He was very professional and friendly. It was a great experience all around. I definitely recommend !

I chose Precision mainly because of its good reputation, but also because they provide good service. I called Precision at 6:45 in the morning and I actually spoke to a person not a machine. The technician was at my house at 8:45 a.m. Besides being very polite, he was very thorough and explained what was wrong in a way I could understand it.
