I was completely satisfied today with the service performed on my non-working garage door. It was especially important to be able to have my garage door serviced during this current COVID-19 pandemic! My service technician Eric was very courteous and polite as he listened to my concerns. After his inspection of my equipment he provided 3 written estimates of service alternatives for this repair for my consideration. He completed the work within an hour and gave me a thorough review of the service he performed as well as a review of the warranty information. Based on all the above I would highly Precision Door!

fast friendly service. the staff is very helpful in choosing the right product for your needs. The tech. that came to my home was Rob he went through the list of things the company offers and explained what was included for each package. I appreciated the honesty of the guys I dealt with from purchase to installation. I had a new garage door opener installed with springs and rollers. The opener is a belt drive very quick and quiet. I will be calling them back in the spring to replace my rear garage door that has seen better days. ( old wooden door).

My husband came home from work for lunch today (10/17/19), and when he closed the garage door, the spring broke. We have an insulated door and it is quite heavy to lift; I was frantic. Especially since we have a 6:30 am flight scheduled for tomorrow morning, and both cars were in the garage. I opened the phone book instead of searching online, and Precision's ad had exactly what I needed. Brooke calmly took my information and assured me she'd have someone out today. She was professional and reassuring. Mario our technician, arrived and assessed what had to be done. He too was professional, confident, polite, and serviced our door quickly. I spoke to Bridget after completion of the work, just to thank Precision again for their speedy, efficient service! We had our door serviced a few years ago by Precision and everything worked fine until a loop on the cable broke the other day. This caused the garage door to not open or close. We were looking for a timely repair and reached out that a.m., as we recalled there being a 7 year warranty. They were able to dispatch Collin out that same evening and the repairs were made at no cost. It was a hassle free warranty claim. That is not always the case with some companies that make promise but don't live up to their word. I can appreciate them standing behind their product. Collin was on time, personable and completed the work without issue. Everything is working great again! Thanks PDS!
