Cable snapped on side of garage door, unable to open.Called Precision for service and a price on new cables. A technician arrived shortly.l showed him the problem and he proceeded to point out all the things wrong with the door and how unsafe it was , including the wrong size springs for this size door. He also committed on the terrible work any other technician has done in the past on my door and he is so much better than them, including techs. he works with.$868 later the door goes up and down SO MUCH SAFER. Also there is senior discount which was never mentioned.

I had a rear garage door replaced. The old one was made out of wood and has seen better days. The technicians are very professional and keep the work site clean. Anyone I talk with in these company is very polite. They will be getting any work I may have from know on. These is the second job they have done for me.

I was completely satisfied today with the service performed on my non-working garage door. It was especially important to be able to have my garage door serviced during this current COVID-19 pandemic! My service technician Eric was very courteous and polite as he listened to my concerns. After his inspection of my equipment he provided 3 written estimates of service alternatives for this repair for my consideration. He completed the work within an hour and gave me a thorough review of the service he performed as well as a review of the warranty information. Based on all the above I would highly Precision Door!

Your Technician Travis was a total pro. He was so organized with his tooling and parts required for the new door install. I know at this time business is slow due to the Pandemic. But you kept the right employee on. removal of old door and install of new took 3 hrs ( 1 Tech)

Necessary parts were upgraded, as needed, to ensure a prolonged future period of trouble free usage. I chose Precision based on all of their reviews and ratings and am happy that I did! Communication with the company was excellent, as it also was with my Technician, Bob D. Everything was explained up front (service options, costs, etc.) and there was no "selling"--he let me choose without pressure. That's a rarity in today's world based on my experience. I feel that the quality of the work done was excellent and the price was extremely fair. I'll recommend Precision for sure!

Extremely happy with customer service from beginning to end!! They even offered to keep our old garage door working until our new one came in. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Sales representative was great (Pat) and install guys could not have been more nice even though I was running late on getting home to meet them. Very happy customer.

fast friendly service. the staff is very helpful in choosing the right product for your needs. The tech. that came to my home was Rob he went through the list of things the company offers and explained what was included for each package. I appreciated the honesty of the guys I dealt with from purchase to installation. I had a new garage door opener installed with springs and rollers. The opener is a belt drive very quick and quiet. I will be calling them back in the spring to replace my rear garage door that has seen better days. ( old wooden door).
