Matty P and Mike J were very helpful. Met them while I was going for a walk. They were fixing a door for a neighbor. I asked for a card and they did one better than that, they came to my home, assessed my garage. Not pushy and didn’t talk me into anything. I went to the place of business and met Eric who was very patient and listened to my garage door expectations. I am very happy with the way this is all coming together. Precision Door installed my new garage door, and I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with Matthew the installer, the product, and Precision Door.They did everything they said they would, they are very prompt, and knowledgeable about the product they sell and install. When I originally called Precision Door they had Jeff here the same day. Jeff told me it would take 4-6 weeks for the door to arrive and sure enough the door was here in 4 weeks.When Matthew arrived he introduced himself, and before he started he asked if I had any questions.After he finished he didn’t leave until I was completely satisfied and had no questions. Matthew also made sure he picked up any discarded materials and the garage was cleaned.
