A nice and very informative technician came to fix my garage door. After inspecting it he gave me some advice about the door and three options, fix what was broken, upgrade some of the parts, or a brand new door. I went with the first option as I needed the door fixed that day. While I can appreciate that this is a business and you must make a profit, $160.92 is way too much money for the service performed and there is no warranty on the work. The technician put the wheel back in the track, put in one screw and checked all the others on the door. Total labor time was under 10 minutes. If you're looking for service at a fair price, look elsewhere.

very pleasant young man arrived & concluded the pair of sensors on the bottom of each side of the tracks had failed. he replaced them with new ones & the opener worked once again. done quickly. it was for me , however , rather expensive , $162 for those little sensors. other than that, I always call Precision. They have done all the work on my garage door & opener.

Just as advertised on TV. Great value for a door and opener. The door and opener works great and the service was excellent. Can hardly hear the PDS800 opener. Took a little longer to install because of being a very old garage but service guy made sure everything was done the correct way. thank you

I needed a complete single rebuilt package. I bought my house 5 years ago and I have no idea how old the garage door opener was. I was sure the opener was on borrowed time. The opener fell apart at 10 AM. I called Precision and within 2 hours a repair man was on his way. His name was Bob and he was professional and took the time to explain everything I needed. Hi, Bill, Three years ago YOU rebuilt my large garage door. I have been so incredibly satisfied, I have told all my friends. It is a wooden door and I could not obtain a matching door for the second garage door for my second door. When the touchpad on my second door was inop, naturally I called Precision. Mario, today's service person was THE GREATEST GENTLEMAN EVER! He explained the options, extremely well, not trying to Influence me. He was very well organized, neat, professional. Joe called about 20 minutes before arriving, (well within the scheduled time frame), upon arrival he explained what he was going to do and got right to work. He removed my old door and did an excellent job installing the new one. As a former Maintenance Manager the quality of his work was very obvious to me. All work was neatly done and the area was spotless when he finished. Upon completion Joe made sure I understood the functions of my new door by thoroughly explaining everything. Joe was, in addition to having a thorough knowledge of his job a very courteous and pleasant individual to work with. He represents your company well!
