Daniel Sayre arrived within the hour of my call, about my garage door opening and shutting by itself. He went over things it could be and re-set remote from cars, and indoor garage door opener. Also checked wiring for any cuts. As of now, so far everything is good. He was very professional. My only question is when I first called, I was told, it would be a $69 service charge and if they found something, that needed to be fixed,that would come of the bill and I would just have to pay for parts that I needed. I was billed for 1 hour service at $149. I did not think of that until the my wife asked me, what happened to the $69 charge. Other then that, very professional from start to finish, and would recommend. Thanks, Mark.

A nice and very informative technician came to fix my garage door. After inspecting it he gave me some advice about the door and three options, fix what was broken, upgrade some of the parts, or a brand new door. I went with the first option as I needed the door fixed that day. While I can appreciate that this is a business and you must make a profit, $160.92 is way too much money for the service performed and there is no warranty on the work. The technician put the wheel back in the track, put in one screw and checked all the others on the door. Total labor time was under 10 minutes. If you're looking for service at a fair price, look elsewhere.

very pleasant young man arrived & concluded the pair of sensors on the bottom of each side of the tracks had failed. he replaced them with new ones & the opener worked once again. done quickly. it was for me , however , rather expensive , $162 for those little sensors. other than that, I always call Precision. They have done all the work on my garage door & opener.

I needed a complete single rebuilt package. I bought my house 5 years ago and I have no idea how old the garage door opener was. I was sure the opener was on borrowed time. Hi, Bill, Three years ago YOU rebuilt my large garage door. I have been so incredibly satisfied, I have told all my friends. It is a wooden door and I could not obtain a matching door for the second garage door for my second door. When the touchpad on my second door was inop, naturally I called Precision. Mario, today's service person was THE GREATEST GENTLEMAN EVER! He explained the options, extremely well, not trying to Influence me. He was very well organized, neat, professional.
