The majority of my automatic garage door system that was installed by a different company circa 1999 was replaced by Precision back in January of this year. My technician (Rob) who was sent by Precision was great then and he has had to make a couple of adjustments since that time. Each time, he has been timely, courteous, personable, and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with Precision and would recommend them to anyone.

What a thing to happen, my garage door broke. Mike Holbok came over this morning to evaluate my door and give me insight into getting a new door. Moved into a new home to find the garage door opener from the 1970s wasn't functioning well. Had Precision come out for an estimate and ultimately the installation of a new opener. My service was performed by Mario, who called me in advance, arrived on time, explained all the options and completed the work. No mess, no problems. Mario was a great tech, knowledgeable and efficient. Definitely would recommend Precision, and Mario for any job.

Matt did a great job replacing my ancient wooden garage door. When he was finished he made sure that I understood how it operated and what I could do on my own to keep it in good shape. Very courteous and professional. And he did not leave until I was sure I had no questions. Great job at a fair price. Recommend!

Nice guy replaced cables (one cable had broken). I'm giving only 3 1/2 stars because now there is a gap between one side of the garage door and the floor, that wasn't there before.

We are extremely pleased with precision door. Our garage door broke and we were heading on vacation. We called, and they came out within an hour! They were very professional and had everything they needed on their trucks. They fixed what I needed, and they also recognized that the motor in our opener was about to go. So they gave us an estimate for that and we had that replaced as well. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

PRECISION's installation of our new garage door went smoothly and painless. Kudos to the installer TRAVIS, who did an amazing job...by himself. He was extremely professional ,courteous, and explained everything we needed to know! We considered another door company before deciding on PRECISION who was very competitive in pricing. After attempting to program new garage door remotes, we found that not only would they not work but our old ones now didn't work either. We called Precision on a Saturday afternoon and were pleased to get a person, not an answering machine. The serviceman came at the promised time on Monday and discovered that we'd bought the wrong remotes. He had the right kind in his vehicle, though, and very soon everything was programmed and working again. I would definitely recommend Precision.

We had an unexpected urgent problem with our garage door after hours on a Thursday night around 7:00pm. I called another company and got a recorded message telling me my call would be returned after 8:00am the next business day. Since my car was stuck behind a half open garage door, that was not going to help me get to work for an 8:00am meeting the next morning. I called Precision next and reached a helpful LIVE representative. She took my information and gave me a timeline for when I could expect my technician. His name was Bari and he would call when he was on his way. I was so relieved when he called and arrived well within the time they said he would. He was very friendly and took the time to explain the problem as well as what needed to be done. He even managed to get the door open safely for me to get my car out before he did the repairs, just in case I needed it. We were so pleased with the service, professionalism and responsiveness we decided to talk about the future of our aging garage door. Bari assured us the repairs would hold and be guaranteed for a period of time but if we decided to purchase a new door, the cost of the current repairs would be credited towards it. Our old door is working fine now thanks to Bari, but he couldn’t make it younger, less worn or give it more curb appeal. We are looking forward to the new door and opener that Precision will be installing for us soon. We will happily recommend Precision - and Bari - to anyone we know. Thank you!
