Because of the awesome quality and warranty you give to your product and good pricing. Colin was a great representative of your company. He was very knowledgeable and curtious. Unfortunately we had to purchase from "Brand X" because they could install in 2-3 weeks. Probably be calling you to replace this door in a few years. Sorry the 4-6weeks out didn't work for us. I had some friends who had a precision door which was very quiet compared to my door which was very old. And so when it came time for a new door I thought of precision and called them. my new door is just as quiet as my friends! it completely met all my expectations. Mike, my installer, was a great guy, very personable, knowledgable, hard working, wonderful guy! He explained everything and did a great job. I highly recommend Precision Garage door!
