Precision stands by there product and work. Had a spring repaired in 2012, spring broke and Precision was out within a few hours of my call to change to an even heavier duty spring but with their 5 yr warranty it didn't cost me anything for the new spring. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

Robert was very polite and helpful in explaining what the problem was regarding the door. A previous garage door company installed a new garage door (about 6 months ago) and did a faulty job. Old parts were used in the installment. Your technician corrected the problem. I would definitely refer your company.

My 16 yo daughter pulled out of the garage a little soon. She was selecting her music for her ride. Unfortunately, the garage door was only half way up and she smashed into it. Precision door services was there in less then an hour even though I did not request an emergency call. The technician who came was completely professional and cost conscious. He evaluated the situation and made adjustments. He was able to "save the door" and tracking system. He recommended reinforcements but did not try to nickel and dime me for an absurd amount. I was so happy with his professionalism and workmanship. I would absolutely recommend this company. The technician really tried to work with me to make my garage door functional and safe. I understood everything that he was explaining and why he recommended certain reinforcements. Now on to repair the car. LOL

I am very surprised at the quick response. I called on Sunday around 3pm and Technician Patrick was here on Monday 8am and he installed the door opener within 2 hours. Good job, Patrick was courteous and professional. I would recommend this company to anyone who wanted to install door opener. Price was reasonable for the quality of the equipment & service provided.

Garage door broke at around 5 PM on a cold night...serviceman was there by 7 and did a complete rebuild of the door...replacing springs, cables, rollers etc. Professional and courteous and door works great after the rebuild!

5 stars for certain. Service within 12 hours on a weekend. Service Tech was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Did repair (replacement of tension springs) inside of 20-25 minutes. Payment by credit card on tablet was easy. I've never been more satisfied paying for a service because I know it was necessary for long term as opposed to a band aid and I truly appreciatiated the council & service.

She understood that I needed an early morning service delivery due to my work schedule and that it was important as my garage door would not automatically close. My technician Robert was awesome! When my wife and I got home today we hit the garage door opener and it opened 2 feet and stopped. Going inside I noticed the spring had broke. I called Precision Door and they said they would be there tonight! Between 4 and 8. Robert showed up about 30 minutes later and had my door fixed in less than 30 minutes. He was extremely informative and friendly and perhaps most importantly competent. The spring he used had a obvious quality that the sping that broke did not. I have confidence it will last a long time and in fact has a great warranty to back it up. It was not properly installed by another company and he clearly explained what he was going to do fix that and why. My garage door has never worked better. My wife and I are thrilled. Its something as simple as a garage door that you take for granted until it doesn't work anymore. Thank you Precision door and especially Robert for your superior "Precision" service!
