Purchased a new garage door and opener. Great service from the initial call and estimate from Roy to the installation from Mike. Both were amazing and very helpful. The new door and opener installed looks great. I highly recommend Precision. They have been very responsive and both Roy and Mike are true professionals.

From the very beginning, working with Precision was a smooth and completely transparent process. I didn't ever feel like I was being upsold on anything. My salesman listened when I told him cost was my number one priority, and he was able to get me quality doors at an affordable price. Installation also went well. Matty was able to get the job done in about half a day, despite dealing with removing an old and outdated system. He left the job site clean and was sure I understood maintenance and care of the doors before he left. All around, this was a very positive experience.

We are extremely pleased with the service we received. Our issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. I was shocked by the increase cost of replacing 2 panels of our garage door, but I feel we were being treated fairly. We will continue to call on Precision Doors with any future garage door needs.

My first dealing with Chrissy setting up the appointment was smooth and she was very accommodating. She gave me several appointment times available over the next 2 or 3 days. The service tech Alec contacted me 20 minutes before arrival and he was 40 minutes into the 2 hour appointment window Chrissy gave me. Alec was personable and efficient. He had everything set up for the install in a few minutes and went right to work. He was finished in about 90 minutes and then completely explained the many functions available to me. Pointing out the new safety features my old door did not have. Overall the entire process could not have been handled any better. Thank you

First, 1 week ago Monday.9th. I was scheduled to have my door installed. The installer called me and told me he was on his way to install my garage door, I told him the site was not prepared to change from8 to 10’ . I was told by the person who answered the phone that there was nothing on the schedule to notify the contractor to do the prep work.she then rescheduled the job for today, the contractor for the framing for the larger door arrived on schedule and did as was required. After a lengthy period,I called the office and was told that the technician was scheduled and she would call him and provide my no. And have him call me.at approx 4pm the tech. Called me and told me that he was about 10 min.out, when he arrives he explained to me that another.tech.was in the hospital and that it had disrupted the schedule and he apologized to me for the firm..I feel that a member of the office staff should have called me and apraised me of the delay meanwhile I was unable to do any thing because my garage would be unsecure and access to the contents would be available and I have several thousand dollars of equipment stored in there. The.tech provided a very professional product to me.and I am very satisfied, however I feel due to the inconvenience to me I should be refunded a part of the money that I paid.thiswould show me that your firm cares and would make me feel more flavorful toward your firm.when asked for my opinion by a potential potential customer. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Saw the commercial on TV and decided to call to get an estimate. The salesman, Jeff was on time, friendly and extremely knowledgeable, giving us many options and not pressuring us at all. You could tell he really enjoyed his job! He explained the process and time frame . After listening to him and discussing our options we decided to order a new garage door to replace our 32 year old one. Precision door is s great company to use to work on installing new garage doors and garage door opener system. They are reliable and friendly . Although I googled Buffalo Overhead Door, Precision Door popped up. I called and Jeff, salesman was out within a couple hours. He was professional, honest and down-to-earth. I blew a garage door spring with my car inside. Several people on Facebook suggested Precision so I gave you a call. A very concerned woman on the phone some one would respond between 4-7. Great! My phone rang shortly there after and the service tech said he would be at the house in about 20 minutes. He was very helpful, knowable, answered by questions about a new door and didn't try to upsell me plus he liberated my Tuscon.

Precision Garage Door did not disappoint and made me glad I used them to replace my garage door. From the original service call by Jon T, thru the installation by Matty P, my experience was excellent. Jon thoroughly explained my options and the door styles available. Matty P was a pleasure to deal with as he did the installation and was very thorough in his explanations on how to maintain my door for many years of usage,
