"Patrick" came as promised on a terrible winter day and corrected the minor problem with my garage door opener. He was polite and explained what had happened. I like to see the photo of the tech person who will be coming to my home. It makes me feel a little more comfortable. I would recommend Precision Door, and I give them a five star rating!

I had a power surge in my neighborhood and the result was my garage door opener was fried. I called another well known garage door company and although I was not impressed with my initial phone call I decided to stick with them because a few friends of mine had good results using this company. After telling them my problem and exchanging some information with them, I waited for a call back from them because that's what they said was standard procedure, when they finally called me back four days later they said it would take ten days to come to my house. Frustrated, I decided to call Precision and the service I received from that point on was second to none. Meagan took my call and made me feel like she was helping out one of her family members. The technician Robert was able to come down that day and install a new garage door opener and new springs. I was extremely satisfied with my experience with Precision. I have had some issues with the my garage door since, which had nothing to do with the Precision install but the fact that I just have an old garage door. Once again, the day I called, within a few hours someone was able to come down and correct the issue at no charge. Any good business owner knows that word of mouth is the best advertisement you can get, and I go out of my way to tell people about my experience with Precision. I give them a five star rating and when I'm ready to get a new garage door I look forward to my phone call and excellent service I will receive from them.

Pat showed up exactly when he said he would and did an exceellent job. He gave us several options and explained the pros and cons of each of the options. The price he quoted for the work was the price we payed. No high pressure sales and no nonsense. He was extremely professional, explained all of the work that he did, made sure we understood all of the details, warranties, etc., and the area of the garage that he worked in was spotless when he left. We have a detached garage and the outside temperature was three degrees the evening he arrived and installed the garage door opener and repaired the garage door. I would highly recommend Precision if you have any issues with your garage door.

We had an outstanding customer experience and would definitely rate it at 5+ stars. The weather was awful and our technician Robert went above and beyond to fix an old garage door that seemed hopelessly jammed shut. He made sure that the car inside was not damaged during the repair and was so patient with a fix for a very difficult problem. Great job!

Very unsatisfied with the work. Still don't have my issue resolved. When I call for service the gentleman that comes insists it's a problem with garage door opener. Which is not the case, sorry a garage door opener does not cause an uneven door.

This was the second time I used Precision Overhead Garage door service. Both times I was very happy with the service. My technician was Pat Murrett. He called me the morning that he was scheduled to make sure the time was still ok & then called again when he was on his way. I thought that was very nice. He told me all the repairs he recommended & I felt very confident that he knew his job. I was very happy with the service. My garage door is working great!

Called on Saturday night, they were there early on Sunday. Tech Pat was very professional and explained everything he was going to do, he was also very quick and courtesous. The door works better then ever. Would give these guy 5 out of 5 stars. Will recommend them to anyone.

I would absolutely recommend Preciision Door for any and all garage door service needs. Robert recently visited to install a new opener, bearings and a keyless pad. All were installed professionally and with a thorough explanation as to how and why. It's a great idea to have a short bio and picture of the service person. Again. Awesome customer service! Considering I called the day after Christmas, I was pleasantly surprised to get a real person answering the phone. The spring on my garage door was broken leaving the door stuck down. My son had recommended Precision door to me. My appointment was to meet at my home at 1:00 pm for a quote. I was in a jam, had been planning a Christmas party and preparing everything by putting it in my car for the last two days when, the night before, our garage door broke. I have a seminar the in the morning but scheduled a garage door appointment and had my sister in law there. The professional was on time, courteous, and explained it several times as we had multiple people in and out of the house while I was away. He was very knowledgeable and gave me helpful advise on how to keep the garage working and in the best condition.

On December 3, 2014 we had a broken cable on our garage door, making it impossible to close. We call Precision Door and explained that this is an emergency situation because we have an attached garage with a door that will not close. The lady at Precision said she’d have a technician call me within the hour. He did call in less than an hour stating he could be at our house in one to two hours, when his current job was finished. He did get to our house in just a little over an hour and explained what was involved in fixing the door. He did fix the door quickly and it now works great! I will certainly call Precision door again and I recommend them to anyone needing garage door work done, I’m very satisfied!
