Dear Mr. Paruta, Your service was unbelievable. My garage door stopped working late Saturday afternoon. I saw your ad in our local Phone book and called. It was 5:15PM. Your female rep arranged for someone to come out Sunday afternoon. She was so nice. Well I can't say enough about your service rep.Bill. He was great. So professional. He came Sunday - worked for over an hour but had to come back on Monday as the door needed an additional part. He lube and tighten everything as well as replace a left frame that was dislocated. Thank you so much - told all my neighbors as most of us have always gone to Hamburg Door. Well now you are my new Garage door service. Lila Diederich

Bill arrived promptly and have a great assessment of my issue. He explained eveything logically so I understood what needed to be completed. He work efficiently and explained everything as he was going along. He checked the garage door thoroughly after service was completed. He was respectful and easy to get along with.

I am satisfied with the job that Bill G did. Although he mainly came to give me an estimate on what I wanted done which is a door tune up he asked me if I would like to do it while he was here which I was agreed. It didn't take him long and it saved me from having to make another appointment. He was here within the scheduled time. Precision Door of Buffalo's phone number is going into my contact list.

My door wasn't working. I called on a Friday and got a Saturday appointment. The tech showed up right on time and found a loose wire in about 2 minutes. The tech was neatly dressed, polite and professional. I would use Precision without hesitation. The only reason I only rated 4 stars is because I was charged $XX For the two minutes of work. I think for he $75, the tech could have at least lubricated the tracks or something. Nevertheless, I would call them again.

Gary, We thank you for the review. Regardless, of how much time we spend at your home to fix your problem there must be some type of charge for coming to your home unless it is a free estimate. Each technician can see five customers a day. Most companies charge much more than this just to show up to your home with no work included

Due to frequent freeze / thaw cycles this winter ice buildup caused detached garage to warp just enough for garage door to get caught on track bracket. Technician knew immediately how to remedy the situation and completed the job quickly and competently. Also replaced trolley on opener mechanism which was warped. Excellent service and affordable pricing.

This is the second time I have called Precision. I was very impressed with the level of professionalizm the first time that I was sold on their service. The level of service on the second call was just as impressive as the first. The service tecks in both calls were friendly, and efficient. They tended to the problem but then checked the whole system to insure that everything worked properly. You definately will get my next call. Thanks.

Our repairman was very courteous and efficient. He explained the possible problems with our garage door opener and some solutions. As he worked on the door he was very personable and very knowledgeable about our door opener problem. He was able to fix our opener by replacing the sensors. He showed us some things to look out for and to keep Precision in mind if we need more help with our door. We will recommend Precision to our family and friends if they need help with their doors.

After a panic-striken morning of a broken garage door, Precision was able to come within an hour of my call. The technician, Mike H. was knowledgeable, friendly and offered me options to get my door working again. After less than 2 hours, the mechanics of my garage door, from springs to cables to a variety of other issues, were fixed and all was good. Mike H. went out of his way to find me a better discount than what was on the web and he explained the problems very clearly. I would absolutely call Precision for a repair again and certainly recommend Precision to anyone who asks.

I was very satisfied that I was able to receive service the same day I called when I needed someone on short notice. Bill was professional and courteous and was very efficient in getting the work done in a timely manner. I was unable to be at home for the 1-5pm window they gave me, but Bill was kind enough to give me a call 30 minutes in advance so I was able to return in time and not be stuck at home. Couldn't believe how great and easy this process was. I had Mike H as my technician and the guy was great. Totally fast, great work, professional etc... all of that in the middle (what I thought was sure to be the end) of his daily route - all in 15 degree weather !!!! Only way it could've been better was to have it done for free, but in reality (based on the experience and Mike), I would've paid double. Thanks!!!!!!
