I had a broken cable and Ryan did a great job. He was running late due to an involved job before me but, he called me to explain. His communication was excellent and when he arrived he did the repair, explained everything in detail and was on his way. I would definitely use Precision again.

The service man appeared during the stated times. He looked at and replaced the cables one of which was frayed. He worked quickly. He gave me suggestions regarding lubrication that might reduce the stress on the cables. The door installed in 2009 was still under warranty, so there was no charge for parts or labor.

Took advantage of a special they were running on a garage door tune up. Work order scheduled in a timely manner with communication via email and phone calls up to an hour before technician arrived. Technician was professional, courteous and appreciative of my business. My door is working better than the day it was installed and a competitive fee was charged that I feel was fair.

I liked the work that was performed. The cost of replacing the springs and related hardware was pricey. I guess that is what we have to pay if we are to get life time warranty. I have no complains with the technician. He was very professional and the quality of his work was very good.
